This spacious villa (350 m2) with a truly amazing sea view, 4 bedrooms with king size beds, 4 bathrooms and its private pool, offers all the peacefulness you could need for a relaxing exquisite holiday in Javea, on the sunny Costa Blanca, Spain.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For July and August the check-in and check-out is only on SATURDAYS. The minimum stay for July and August is 7 NIGHTS.

You can see all the bay from Cabo de la Nao until Cabo San Antonio and also the sea from almost all over the house. In the sunny days you can see also Ibiza.

The 2 floors of the villa act like 2 independent apartments, with separate entrances and they communicate through the interior marble stairs. The upper floor is usually the place where the whole family or group get together, enjoying the spacious and well-designed interior with new furniture.

The villa is surrounded by abundant exotic vegetation combined with mountain flora, thus the ambience presents mixed feelings of both mountain and sea. A private parking with automated gates awaits you.

This accommodation is suitable for families with kids, for a group of friends and also for the ones who want to bring their beloved dog along. The villa has access for disabled people with the help of an electric chair next to the pool.

Why Valentina Stan chose Jávea

This is our parent's villa and it was way too big for the two of them, so we decided to let other people enjoy it and benefit from it's charming sea view. We worked hard every year to add new things, for example we replaced the furniture upstairs last year. It's such an intimate place and it offers such an amazing view, that all of our clients were extremely happy with this accommodation.

Stunning Villa, Stunning Views!

We have just returned from a 3 week holiday at this villa and we loved every second. Michael and Valentina could not have been more helpful. We always new that they were there if needed.

The villa is large, our family and another family were easily and comfortably accommodated. The terrace is huge and the pool is perfect. The villa is close to Arenal Beach which is sandy and lovely, there are also lots of restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. More supermarkets are also very close to the villa.

Javea is little further up the coast (5 min drive) with more amenities and another beach. We also had a day at La Granadella Beach (which is beautiful) and a couple of days at El Portet beach in Moraira, neither is very far.

I really can't recommend this property highly enough, just book it, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic Villa with stunning views

We have just returned from a relaxing 7 days stay in Xàbia. It is a fantastic villa with amazing views, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We loved the layout of the property...4 good sized bedrooms, modern furniture throughout, there is a good sized private swimming pool, with a decent outdoors kitchen area and BBQ. The location is very convenient for Javea (5 mins drive). Michael was very welcoming and took time to show us around the property and answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great holiday, we hope to see you again soon!

Javea is a charming place in the sun on the Costa Blanca coast of Spain and it is blessed with around 325 days of sun yearly, more than any other place in Spain. The average annual temperature is 19.3 degrees Celsius, which makes this microclimate a very comfortable climate to live in. The Montgo Mountain protects Javea from the winds during wintertime. The World Healt Organisation has declared Javea's climate one of the healthiest in the world.

Javea is a small fisherman village between Alicante and Valencia and both of the airports are within an hour a little bit drive away, on the highway. The roads are excellent and Javea is connected to the highway. There are no tall buildings in the area, as the mayor has inputed restrictions to keep the village's old fishing print active.

There are many beaches around, both sandy and marble and there are so many small bays, that you could choose a different beach for each day of your holiday. The main beach in Javea is called Arenal Beach, a sandy wide beach in a protected bay, surrounded by coffee shops, tapas bars, themed restaurants and plenty of entertainment places for the kids.

There are so many nice places that you could visit in and around Javea that you can never get bored here.

If you visit Javea, there are 3 places that you cannot miss during your stay here. There is the old town of Javea (called "pueblo") with romantic narrow old streets, a 900 year old church, vintage shops and the weekly Thursdays local market with local products. You can feel the specific Spanish atmoshpere when walking close to the tapas bars and traditional Spanish restaurants. Next, you have Javea's Port, where you can buy fresh fish at the local fish market, open for the public every day. Also, there are some charming restaurants and cozy coffee shops, where you can relax watching the sea. Lastly, Arenal area is the most entertaining part of Javea with the beach, the restaurants and tapas bars, children play areas, beach volley and other activities that make it a family-friendly place to spend your holiday.

You should also visit the sightseeing spots in Javea, called "miradores". These are small bays or places situated on an elevation with wonderful views and scenery. These "miradores" reveal small bays with untouched natural beauty, where time stands still. There is also a circuit for walking and mountain biking around these. Just search online for Javea miradores and get the map of these and get going. We insist, you won't be disappointed. There are 10+ miradores around Javea, where you can spend relaxing moments in a natural environment.

Here are some distances by car from the villa to some of the places that we think could make your holiday truly unforgettable:

# Pueblo (Javea Old Town): 10 min.

# Port of Javea and the local fish market open daily: 10 min.

# Pinosol Park (a natural pine wood with barbecue & picnic "do it yourself" set up - great for spending hot days of summer and excellent as a place for the children to interact with other kids): 2 min.

# closest supermarkets - Saladar: 2 min.

# closest beach - Arenal: 8 min.

# closest restaurant - Le Bacchus Restaurant known for prime quality meat from Galicia

# Jardin de l'Albarda: a gorgeous green garden where you can also drink a coffee and serve homemade desserts, with enough food for thought to spend half of a day: 27 min.

Other cities and towns around worth visiting:

# Moraira: 19 min (an idyllic and elegant sea town, with a small luxury port and a well kept historical town, nice bars and restaurants here)

# Denia: 30 min (the main port of the area, where you can get the ferry to Ibiza, or rent a sailboat for the day)

# Valencia: 90 min (We encourage you to visit The Oceanografic in Valencia, especially if you have kids; it is an impressive aquarium and dolphinarium with more than 500 species of the world's main marine ecosystems.)

# Benidorm: The Las Vegas of Spain with plenty of nightlife and a super fun amusement park: Terra Mitica Benidorm: 50 min.
