About the property

Welcome to this studio of 50m² located on the 13th floor. At your disposal everything you will need for any type of stay, long or short. The studio is super equipped so you will not miss anything and you can feel at ease as soon as you arrive. For one person or two you will find comfort and conviviality. Ideal for those who love to be in Brussels while having a quiet refuge with greenery & a clear view, with access to the furnished balcony.

As said, the studio is super equipped. Upon entering you have a large mirrored wall wardrobe and a shoe closet. Enter the living room you have a large desk with a fixed computer available. The audio system connected to it is excellent and you will soon find yourself dancing, alone or accompanied, if you use it. For streaming fans there is even the cables needed to connect the pc to the big TV. In the living room is also the sofa bed that opens very easily for up to two people. Based on my own experience but also that of my previous travelers, all were more than satisfied with the comfort of it. Obviously you will have everything at your disposal, sheets, bedspreads, cousins, and a thick duvet for the most chilly. A coffee table and a dining table for 4 people are also present in the living room. Also, as you will see, is a pile of wall cabinets and a large Smart-TV with cable TV available. The bathroom has a ........ bath .... with hanging shower head. A sink, a toilet, ... The also needless to say that you do not have to bring your own toilet paper. (some bad experiences are not forgotten). There is also a washing machine with all the products that can be useful. The also you have an abundance of bath towels etc ... The kitchen is hyper equipped with appliances; fridge with built-in refrigerator, oven, hobs, dishwasher, sink ... You will find that there is more than enough cutlery, pots and pans and plenty of kitchen utensils and other gadgets like a blender, coffee maker or scale. The kitchen is also quite full of basic products and more ... oil, butter, spices, salt, sugar, coffee, etc ... it is a living kitchen in which I regularly prepare myself to eat and therefore you will see that even if you arrive without anything you will not starve. The goal is not that you empty everything during your stay, but not having to begin to worry about having to buy a kilo of salt or sugar those who stay for a short time. Below the sink you will find all kinds of products for household laundry etc ... Also a small table is present in the kitchen if you like to eat discreetly. Finally there is the balcony with a table and 4 chairs (excellent in summer) and on the end of this balcony is a storage cabinet and a dryer. Here, I hope I have been complete, and as you see the goal is that you can feel at home as soon as you enter. Ah, and I forgot the most important; private and fast wifi ;-)

On request in advance and for stays not too short there is a cellar available as well as a private bicycle room of the building with key, which you can get on bail.

Obviously if the traveler needs advice or whatever if I can help him or give him an opinion I would do it. I am not a travel agent and I do not organize excursions. However there is a map of Brussels for tourists available showing the main places of visit.

You have everything nearby in the neighborhood; shopping center, supermarket, supermarket, pharmacy, fitness room, the city center is 20min with metro or bus, walking included.

You have the metro 5min walk, different buses 2min. For those who have a car there is a private parking reserved for residents of the building at the bottom of it or you will always find a place to be between 2am and 5am of the night ...

The terrace is oriented to the east and you will have the sun beating until about 13h. From the terrace looking vertically down you can see your car, because the private parking of the building with an abundance of places is there.
