Apartment 1 in Sabbiadoro with garden and parking space 200 meters from the sea

Ground floor apartment with two outdoor spaces equipped with table and chairs, one located on the front courtyard and the other at the rear of the house with direct access to the bedroom. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with bathroom, a large living room with kitchen equipped with dishes, small bathroom, air conditioning and TV and a sleeping area with a divider equipped with a double bed and a single bed which can be added on request. You can park your car comfortably in the internal courtyard. The house is located in a quiet area and well served by a bar / ice cream shop, pizza by the slice, mini market, rotisserie, newsagent, restaurant, supermarket and Junior park. We are 5 minutes walk from the beach office 17 with the free beach next to it and 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian walkway of Sabbiadoro. For the months of July and August we only rent for the whole week starting on Saturday or Sunday. Sheets and towels are not included and it is recommended to leave the apartment clean as there are no cleaning costs. There is a discount if you book for more than a week. It is expected the additional payment of the tourist tax for guests over the age of 12 of 0.50 euro per person per day.
