2 minutes by feet to Bellevue Lift - ideal location: slopes, restaurants, shops, supermarket - all within short walking distance. Large, sunny terrace with beautiful mountain views - the apartment offers all the amenities:

Sunny 3 room apartment (50 sqm – max. 6 people) with large mountain-view terrace. Two bedrooms: 1x double with lots of closet space, 1x with two single beds and a cabinet. Spacey living room with double sofa bed, stereo radio, Playstation, LCD SAT-TV and big sliding doors which lead to the sunny terrace with a spectacular view over the valley to the Viaduc Sainte-Marie and the Fiz chain.

Separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge with freezer, stove with oven&grill, coffee maker, Fondue set, Raclette grill, vacuum cleaner, etc), bathroom with tub and bidet, separate toilet.

Baby bed, High-chair and bottle warmer available.

Sun beds available for the large terrace with mountain and valley views. Separate Ski box with direct access from the street level.

The apartment has an own garage which is accessable directly from the staircase so no need to get wet feet. Additional parking space in the courtyard.

Centrally located at the foot of the Bellevue ski lift and 200 meters from the center of Les Houches, the supermarket, shops and restaurants: the apartment offers everything within walking distance (max. 2 minutes). Regular bus and train connections to Chamonix and the valley – the apartment is located between 2 bus stops – both a “stone throw” away.

Chamonix downtown is only 5 minutes by car.

Located about 1 hour from Geneva international airport (with regular Easyjet and BMI flights from UK) Les Houches offers a total of 16 lifts (7 lifts, 5 chair lifts, 1 gondola, 1 cable car), 55 km of Ski slopes (4 green, 6 blue, 12 red, 2 black runs) and activities' such as: Boarder cross, dog sledding, halfpipe, paragliding, night skiing, snow biking / snowscooter, snowpark, natural ice-skating ring, ski jump Alpine skiing, cross country, snowboarding, freestyle, telemark, speed-riding... You will find it all in Les Houches !

Resting at the foot of Mont-Blanc this skiing domaine has no equal…Skiing in Les Houches combines long descents through pine and larch forests within view of the spectacular peaks of the "Aiguilles de Chamonix".

Not surprisingly it is the location of regular international events and serves as the training ground for the French National Ski Team.

The domain of Les Houches extends from an altitude of 950m to 1900m. From the summit one has a spectacular 360° view of the Mont-Blanc massive. And with pistes meandering through the forests, you will discover the real pleasures of skiing. When necessary, artificial snow coverage is assured by 67 snow canons covering 19 hectares. The "Tourchet" piste offers nocturnal skiing every Thursday.

Séjour de ski Mars 2018

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine au ski

L’appartement est spacieux fonctionnel et parfaitement situé dans la résidence (accès direct aux casiers à ski et à proximité immédiate du parking)

La possibilité de stationner la voiture au garage est un plus lorsqu'il neige régulièrement pdt le séjour.

La famille était composé de 3 adultes et 1 enfant et chacun a trouvé sa place sans problème.

Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir utiliser les luges à disposition dans le garage

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Dino, qui est d'une grande gentillesse. Présentation des lieux simple, rapide et efficace !

La proximité immédiate du loueur de matériel de ski simplifie aussi les choses.

Le seul petit regret est l'obligation d'utiliser la navette ou la voiture pour aller à l'école de ski.
