There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and electric stove. Outside there is off road parking, bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with decking, furniture and a barbecue. Very close to the local amenities of Monmouth, Kymin View provides a lovely base for a group of friends or a family.

Located at the confluence of 3 rivers – the Wye, the Monnow and the Trothy, it is an excellent base to enjoy river boating, scenic walks and a little shopping too, or to sit and relax on the edge of the river and watch the rowers who regularly race and practise their skills.
