Peaceful Location, Yet Only A 5-minute Walk To The On-site Amenities

New to the market, this fabulous west facing villa is your perfect "home away from home" located on one of the best Golf & Leisure Resorts in Spain. There is a good variety of leisure and sporting activities available on resort as well as an excellent choice of bars and restaurants. In addition, there is a well-stocked "Spar" supermarket just a 5-minute stroll from the villa.

The villa has mains gas central heating throughout and offers instant hot water on demand, so no waiting around for showers whilst the electric boiler refills! There are also air conditioning units in the lounge and in both bedrooms that provide both cold and hot air as required.

The lounge offers plenty of seating for the whole family with two very comfortable sofas. The focus of the room is a stylish and modern TV/display area, with the TV having a range of UK and international channels available. There is also free WIFI at the villa. The large solid wood dining table and 4 chairs enjoys fantastic views of the pool and the terrace area through the large rear dining area patio doors. The semi-open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, electric cooker, hob and hood, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is a very useful WC with washbasin.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which has recently been updated to include a quality mattress and modern headboard and bedside cabinets. There is a double built in wardrobe providing plenty of hanging space and two windows to allow in plenty of natural light, making this a very bright and pleasant room. Next to the bedroom is the master bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin in a lovely wooden vanity unit and WC. This room is fully tiled with luxurious marble tiles. Also upstairs is Bedroom 2 with comfortable twin beds, also with double wardrobes. From this landing, there is access to another terrace area.

Outside the villa also has its very own brand new private pool and fully enclosed terrace area to the rear of the property. This is directly west facing so benefits from the afternoon/evening sun and feels very private. Perfect for relaxing in the sun during the day or enjoying a drink under the stars in the evening.

The property is located in the original area of the resort and close to park areas with fountains and benches, just 50 yards from the front door. On the resort there are 8 floodlit padel tennis courts and a brand new air-conditioned gym with state of the art fitness equipment and LCD TV screen. There are children's play parks situated all around the resort that have slides, frames, see-saws and swings. In addition there are plenty of open green areas ideal for a family game of cricket or football. A new addition to the resort is the “Trim Trail”; a meandering path with outdoor exercise equipment dotted along its length. **This property is also available for longer-term winter rentals at competitive prices - please enquire for availability and rates**

Perfect Place To Enjoy Your Holiday

This villa is a real FIND. We stayed here for 7 days in November and it was everything and more than we could have hoped for. Truly wonderful. First of all lets talk about location. We really enjoyed evenings on the waterfront at Los Alcazares, just 10 minutes away. Its also an easy drive to Cartegena, Murcia and Alicante if you want to see some sights. The choice of beaches nearby is endless. We are not golfers but the course around the resort looks tremendous and means you see plenty of greeen open space as you walk around.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need and more, all in perfect working order. The villa is bright and fresh with a very comfortable living room with 2 comfortable sofas, a wide screen TV and nice coffee table. Everything room was clean and neat. In the main bedroom we loved the comfort of the bed. Internet was fast and reliable so we could easily keep in touch with home and research our day trips. We would rush to book this villa again if we return to the area. It is an absolute gem which we would strongly recommend to friends.

Fantastic Villa with wonderful private pool

We have just returned home from spending a golfing break at this lovely villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa itself is very clean, tidy and well-maintained, it is comfortably furnished, with everything required for easy living. Cosy sofas, big flat screen Smart TV with all the favourite British channels and the added bonus of free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped for indoor and al fresco dining and there is the convenience of a ground floor toilet (no pun intended).

We slept well, the bed being very comfortable and there is more than adequate storage for clothes etc. Outside, the private pool is impressive with plenty of room for dining and sunbathing. There is also an upstairs balcony with ample space for sunbathing, reading or just relaxing. There are bicycles also available to use if you wish to do so.

The property is situated in the middle of a tree-lined avenue with bougainvillea, jasmine and other beautiful flora growing in abundance everywhere you look. Its just a couple of minutes stroll from the Driving Range, 1st Tee and the Hotel, Bars, Restaurants, Health Spa, shop and pools. We were greeted on arrival by Janice who was very welcoming and were shown how everything works, which helped us to settle in very quickly. There is a very informative Visitors Pack which provides great ideas for days out as well as a guide to all the facilities on the Resort itself.

We had a wonderful time, we made full use of the amenities on the Resort as well as heading to the beaches, a very interesting area to explore. There is a bus stop just outside the gates which goes into Torre Pacheco, from there you can catch buses or trains to anywhere you wish to go. There are also taxis next to the Hotel and numerous car hire firms to choose from.

The Villa comes highly recommended by ourselves and is perfect for golfers and family holidays alike. We will be back!

Lovely property, very clean, with newly decorated, modern decor. Nice surroundings. A car may be useful if you wish to go to the beach.

A 10-minute drive will take you to the nearest beach at Los Alcazares, with many more stretches of unspoiled sandy beaches within easy reach. Los Alcazares and other nearby resorts of Los Narejos, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santiago de la Ribiera and Lo Pagan are situated on the Mar Menor, which is the largest natural lagoon in Europe and has warm, calm waters. A little further north up the coast you will find beautiful, pale sand beaches bordering the Mediterranean on the southern Costa Blanca.

Travel:

The region is easily accessible, with Alicante airport approximately 90km to the North and Murcia (San Javier) airport situated just next to the Mar Menor, approximately 15 minutes from the resort. Several budget airlines serve both airports. Car hire is recommended to visit the local beaches and explore the area. However, this is not essential as all amenities such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants, are available on the resort. Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

Prices include cleaning and 1 set of bed linen and bath/hand towels, plus towels for use by the pool. For stays of 2 weeks or more, mid-week cleans and linen/towel change can be arranged at an additional cost. Although minimum stay is shown as 1 week, we may be able to accommodate shorter stays. However, in these cases an additional cleaning and laundry charge would be payable.
