Beautiful, detached 3-bed air conditioned villa with lovely sea views. Private garden, own pool, large balcony. Architecturally designed, in a small luxury development where every attention has been paid to detail. The site has been professionally landscaped with olive trees, shrubs, and climbing plants. It even has its own amphitheatre set in parkland! Walking distance to Gumusluk beach and seafood restaurants.

Why Valerie Smith chose Gümüşlük

We were enchanted by Gumusluk on one of our first holidays abroad, way back in 1990.

We returned in April 2006. What a relief to find the village just as we remembered it, thanks to a conservation order which has prevented any building around the bay. Our villa is as close as you can get to Gumusluk: one of very few properties within walking distance.('Gumusluk', we discovered, can mean anything up to 10km from the fishing village!)

And the villa? The build is very high quality, the development is small and is set amidst parkland with an amphitheatre.

It was still under construction when we first saw it in April, but by August it was transformed, exceeding all our expectations! Even the photos don't do it justice: you really need to go and see it for yourselves.

What makes this villa unique

We often visit the villa ourselves and keep it in perfect condition ; the way in which we would like to find it. Its a place to unwind and relax, but also just a short drive away from shopping and nightlife of Bodrum.

Dine alfresco at the villa or walk into Gumusluk Village and visit one of the many quayside fish restaurants.

Nestling in the hillside with sea views .Set in landscaped Parkland with it's own Amphitheatre ( take a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the bay). Two large communal pools are also on site. Only a short walk to the beach or the famous Limon Restaurant: a garden setting and spectacular sunsets. Walk down a donkey track past roman remains and relax on a sunbed on Gumusluk ( blue flag) beach
