BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT ON THE BEACH WITH 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM WITH SOFA BED, A BATHROOM AND A KITCHEN FOR A TOTAL OF 100 SQM. POSSIBILITY TO PARK UP TO 2 CARS AND TO ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL PANORAMIC TERRACE OF 200 SQM LOCATED UNDER THE ARAGONESE CASTLE. THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET AND IDEAL FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES
The apartment is located in the hamlet of Bacoli (Baia) a few steps from the Aragonese castle and the submerged park of Baia where there is a large part of the archaeological complex and about 10 minutes from the historic center of Bacoli where you can find restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
In the surroundings there are the ancient Greek Roman places including Fusaro, Miseno and Cuma.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful view

Well appointed and large apartment; in colder month no problem with heating ( pellet burning oven); splendid view of the bay directly on a little, private beach; half-way between Bacoli and Baia (good restaurant) right under the castle; if you like to walk, you can do with out a car. Would gladly go again - thanks to Michele

Erholsamer Urlaub in exklusiver Umgebung

Wenn sie einen Architekt fragen: Wie groß soll die Terrasse werden? Dann wird jeder Architekt sagen: Die Terrasse kann nicht groß genug sein. Genau diesem Prinzip sind Vera und Michele bei der Gestaltung ihres Außenbereiches gefolgt. Wir haben die Terrasse oft von morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang genutzt. Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Golf von Puzzuoli. Auch nachts ist es sehr romantisch unterhalb des Castellos die Illumination um den Golf, die Sterne und den Mond zu beobachten. Unterhalb der Terrasse befindet sich die geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Golfblick von allen Zimmern. Noch ein paar Stufen tiefer gelangt man zu einem kleinen privaten Strand (in der Nebensaison, Hauptsaison öffentlich), was wir als besonderen Luxus genossen haben. In der Wohnung war alles ausreichend verfügbar, von Kleinigkeiten wie Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmitteln, Handtüchern angefangen bis zu der Küchenausstattung mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Waschmaschine. Alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Das gesamte Anwesen mit großem mediterranen Garten und bequemer Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen, trotzdem gut erreichbar (auch mit Bus). Michele und Vera sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abwicklung der Formalitäten war unkompliziert. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Wer sich nicht nur erholen will und kulturell unterwegs sein will, der findet hier die viel zu wenig beachteten antiken Stätten wie die Thermen von Baia, Cuma oder Arco Felice in der Nähe. Der Standort eignet sich auch zum Besuch etwas weiterer Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Campi Flegrei, den Vesuvio, Herkulaneum und Pompei sowieso. Auch die Insenl Procida und Ischia lassen sich von Baia aus gut erreichen. Sylvia+Michael aus Deutschland, Oktober 2017
