With a 3 minute walk to Princes Street and a tram stop around the corner, this sunny south facing flat in the West End, is the perfect place to base yourself whilst enjoying the delights of Edinburgh. Freshly decorated and comfortably furnished this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is light, bright and airy. Set in a listed building, dated 1825, on a charming street originally built for artisans within Edinburgh's World Heritage Site, with period features including working shutters, original paneling and beautiful cornices. Luxurious bedding with 100% Egyptian Cotton linen with feather and down duvets and pillows, ensures a good nights sleep. The two bedrooms are: 1 x King Size Bed with ensuite bathroom and 1 x Twin Room with separate shower room. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a separate eat-in living area. William Street is so central you really can get across Edinburgh with ease. We are on the edge of the New Town, just a 10 minute walk to arty Stockbridge and it's famous Sunday farmer's market. Close to all the galleries and museums, including the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and a stones throw from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the famous Grassmarket, Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), the Usher Hall and Lothian Road. Arrival and departure times can be flexible if we are able to work to your schedule otherwise check-in is usually after 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Max 4 guests, not including baby in travel cot.

A Very Happy Hogmanay!

The flat is very spacious, clean and well appointed, we had everything needed for our week long stay. It’s an easy quick walk to Princes Street, New Town and Old Town. The flat is located in a quiet, yet very central residential neighborhood. Nice shops for any needs are close by. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, Convenient Flat Close to Everything!

Lovely spacious flat close to both old and new town. Flat is well appointed and convenient to Edinburgh's many attractions. Great pubs and restaurants at the other end of the block (No noise issues). Louisa is very thorough in her directions and was responsive when we had a minor issue during our stay. Oh, I almost forgot, the heated bathroom floors are so wonderful in Scotland's raw "spring." Highly recommend, when we come back we will certainly stay here.

Perfect!

You will find a spacious, bright and clean flat. The location is perfect for walking about the city. The bedding is extremely comfortable. There are two great pubs and a coffee house just seconds away. Everything functions properly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would definitely book again!

Fabulous apartment in ideal location

The location was perfect being close to both Princes Street and Lothian Road and there are 2 great pubs on the street. We never heard any noise from the pubs. The apartment itself is fabulous and extremely spacious and was more than big enough for 4 adults. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great accommodation, loved it!

The apartment is lovely and comfortable, a home from home. Good location, within easy reach of the main street and attractions. The owner, Louisa, was very helpful and responded to any queries very quickly, advising us on places to eat and transport from the airport, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.
