There is a door leading to a balcony with sea views. Modern, fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower facility and toilet. Shared use of rear patio garden. Allocated off road parking space available.

West Cliff Heights is a very large, detached property, which has been converted to a high standard, including eight flats of different sizes, some of which enjoy lovely sea views. All the flats have high quality furnishings and an excellent range of equipment. The property is situated in a unique and prestigious position in the town centre, just walking distance to all town centre facilities including the pier, sandy beaches, theatre, cinemas and Bournemouth International Centre. This is ideal accommodation for professional persons and visitors looking for quality. The accommodation is within easy reach of a vast range of tourist attractions throughout the town.

SHORT BREAKS: are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the E Season as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team on 01202 437888 to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS: can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the E Season but should only start on SATURDAY within the E Season.

Set in one of the most beautiful parts of southern England, Bournemouth and Poole are justly famous for their seven miles of golden sandy beaches, both Poole and Bournemouth beach have been awarded Blue Flag status meaning they are internationally recognised to be of the highest standard, but there is so much more to the area than the seashore. Good location but there were some things which could have been better

A mixed bag- the flat was pretty nice, plenty of room, but there is no way on God's green earth that it sleeps six as advertised. The pullout couch could sleep two midgets, but not anymore than that.

The furniture was decent. The kitchen was decent. Dishwasher worked. Plenty of cutlery and dishes. The washer-dryer was not really a washer-dryer. It washed, but it did not dry. We had to hang everything up to air dry- something I think the owners or managers know because there was some drying apparatus in one of the closets for us to hang the clothes on.

The location is good for the beach, the pier and shopping. But it is very loud at night, and the flat needs curtains in addition to the blinds to ensure a full night's rest.

The other peeve I have is that the parking is inadequate. Sure, there are spaces but nowhere near big enough for any kind of car which might transport six people to a flat which supposedly sleeps six! I literally had to climb out of passenger seats because the car next to me was too close.

Lastly in the negative column, I think it's a bit of a stretch to say there are sea views. That is only true if you are standing out on the balcony and then the crane your head to one side. If you do that, then you can just about see the sea between the next building and a tree…

Aside from these gripes, the accommodation is not awful. Not great but not awful. Plenty of closet space. Not enough hangers. Decent enough bathroom. Pretty clean.

CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping. Mudeford and Highcliffe offer beautiful sandy stretches of beach in quiet surroundings, with a short ferry ride from Mudeford to Hengistbury Head.

BARTON-ON-SEA / MILFORD-ON-SEA - These are great touring bases, located just along the coast from Christchurch. With easy access to the New Forest and sandy beaches at Highcliffe, both areas also have their own scenic seafronts and atmospheric village centres.

NEW FOREST - The perfect countryside area of peace and tranquillity, offering beautiful walks where the famous New Forest ponies live. There are many villages throughout the area for shopping and dining in style.
