Luxury & Outstanding 3BD 2BTH- Chueca

Amazing and luxury apartment located in Chueca, just a few minutes away from Gran Via. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wide living-room and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom has a doublé bed and its own bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3d one has two individual beds.

GUEST ACCESS

During the stay, guests have access to the entire house.

You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it.

The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that.

In the bathroom you will find everything as if you are in the hotel of 5 stars: shampoo and shower gel, liquid soap are waiting for you. It's no need you bring all this with you.

The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Guests can expect access to any information / recommendation on the city and help in anything that is available at all times from the beginning of their book to the end of the stay. Guests decide how I and my team will be able to help him.

My friends at Minty Host help me manage my apartment as I am usually out of the city. They will make your stay a perfect stay. They will welcome you and be available for anything you might need.

Check in time is at 3pm or later, although sometimes I may manage to let you in before, so just ask.

The front door is self-locking. Please do not leave the keys in the apartment while you are still in the city. Upon checkout, please just leave the keys on the living room table and

close the door behind you. The checkout time is anytime before 12pm unless you have agreed to checkout at a different time in advance. Our housekeeper will usually come at 12pm, in which case, please let her in!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located in the well known Plaza del Rey, really close from Gran Vía street. This square keeps the Jacinto Ruiz & Mendoza statue, an spanish serviceman, leader of the 2nd May Rising. In this Square it's also well known the "Seven Chimneys Palace". Denomination in honour of the proclamation of Fernando VI as the king of Spain.

Thanks to its centric location the apartment is surrounded by lots of restaurans and many places of interest such as "El círculo de Bellas Artes", where you can go to visit one of its arts expositions or its incredible terrace, with amazing views of Madrid.

Few minutes away from the apartment you'll find El Mercado de San Antón, where you can enjoy more than 30 food stands. At the begininf it was just the common market of Justicia's neighborhood, an area that grew up with the arrival of people from the countryside in 19th century. It was actually mentioned in Galdós book Fortunada & Jacinta.

Cibeles terrace, located a few minutes from the apartment in Cibeles Square, also offers really nice views of Madrid and it's the perfect place to go and have a drink in summer.

Few minutes away from the apartment you'll find Prado Museum, Real Jardín Botánico, Congreso de los Diputados or Thyssen Museum. Gran Via street is only 2 minutes away and you can get through the center from there, where you'll find all kind of restaurants, stores, bars and tapas.

Definitely, a neighborhood with lots of places that are worth it to visit!

-Bus "EMT 24h" (30' from T1, 35' from T2 and 40' fromT4), direct bus to Plaza Cibeles, 5 minutes away from the apartment, 24h service. 5€

- Metro (Around 40 minutes and 4,50€ per person)

At the airport take line 8 to Colombia station

Transfer to line 9 to Príncipe de Vergara

In P.Vergara take line 3 to Banco de España

(Walk to the apartment 2 minutes)

-Taxi ( 20-25 minutes / 30€)

- Aerocity/Airport Shuttle: 30 minutes and around 25€ for 4 people.

Graves problemas eletricos no imovel, causaram problemas e insegurança quanto aos riscos de incendio

O apartamento é muito bem decorado, passou por reforma recente, porém a parte elétrica tem sérios problemas, e creio que não deveria estar disponível no site para locação, por apresentar sérios riscos de incendio. Nitidamente há uma sobrecarga na instalação, que faz com que os disjuntores se desarmem ao ligar a cafeteira, forno elétrico, micro-ondas, torradeira,secadora de roupas, secador de cabelos, ou qquer outro.

A lava-louças não funcionava, e só foi resolvido após uma semana. A hidromassagem também não funciona.

Tivemos diariamente que aguardar o senhor da manutenção para verificar a elétrica e os equipamentos, que voltavam a apresentar problemas.

Tentamos mudar para um hotel, mas não conseguimos disponibilidade para três aptos em nenhum hotel.

Foi uma experiência bastante desgastante e desagradável, e com certeza perdemos totalmente a confiança no site.
