"Iris Marsica" is a flat part of the Residence "Garden of Venancio" site in Barrea (AQ) on Via Sarentina snc, in the Abruzzo National Park. The residence, finished restructuring in November 2007, covers an area of approximately 000.00 square meters 7.. With lovely views of Lake Barrea. The residence has two vehicular entrances and two pedestrian entrances. The residence where the property is located is just steps from the historic center of the city of Barrea. It 'also about 15 km from Pescasseroli, 16 km from Castel di Sangro and 25 Km from Roccaraso and Rivisondoli, and about 10 km from Passo Godi and then from its ski slopes are also equipped for cross-country skiing. viva l'Abruzzo e l'Orto di Venanzio
residence molto gradevole e tranquillo, ottima posizione a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro di Barrea, appartamento molto funzionale e confortevole, Michele (il proprietario) è una persona deliziosa, molto gentile, preciso, disponibile e assolutamente affidabile, e lo stesso vale per Carmelo, il manutentore/tuttofare del residence. E' stato un piacere conoscerli e soggiornare all'Orto di Venanzio, lo consiglio a tutti.
