Comprising of two large en-suite guest suites upstairs with private terraces and two further large double bedrooms downstairs with private terraces with use of both full bathroom & a further separate toilet and hand basin. New air conditioning, full satellite TV and movie package with all English channels is available. A newly fitted kitchen with high spec appliances including double oven, microwave, large American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Excellent wifi, large outdoor seating area and outside dining area with new furniture. There is also a rooftop terrace ideal for sunbathing, a heated swimming pool with quality sunloungers and outside shower. The villa also has a bbq and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Why Edward chose Almancil

Fantastic location in the Algarve's golden triangle. This villa has been completely refurbished by the owners to an extremely high standard. Every room has been re-decorated and refurbished. The villa has a lovely heated pool and excellent outside space with quality outside furniture. There is also a roof terrace with distant sea views and the upstairs bedrooms have balconies. The area consists of private villas and is extremely quiet and tranquil. Guests can, however, walk in 15 minutes to the beach and to local restaurants, which are two minutes away by car. The villa has high quality furnishings and a new flat screen TV with sound system and full satellite TV coverage to include all the English channels. The newly fitted modern kitchen has a very large fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space as well as having both a new washer, dryer and dishwasher. Outside there are extensive private terraces and the villa has its own driveway. The villa has its own lemon tree, lime tree and orange tree! The villa is very nicely suited to families and as well as having four large bedrooms, which comfortably accommodate a king sized bed in the master room and two large singles in each of the other bedrooms, the villa also has plenty of space in the lounge, dining area and common areas. The villa is situated on a cul-de-sac and therefore there is very little through traffic and the area is safe and extremely well kept. There are fantastic restaurants all within a short distance ranging from fantastic beach bars through to Michelin starred eateries of the highest standard. The villa is only 20 minutes drive from the airport and within close reach of supermarkets & amenities. Guests can arrange for the pool to be heated at a small additional cost & for maid service to be every day for a further small additional cost. Excellent local villa management is close at hand for the unlikely possibility of any problems. The villa is modern, airy & a relaxing environment.

What makes this villa unique

The location is unique. Visitors to the area may vary in their view as to whether Quinta do Lago or Vale do Lobo are the best areas but this villa is located close to the beach and is in a tranquil location midway between the two. The villa is close enough to the beach to walk yet far enough away to be in a quiet cul-de-sac with no noise or disturbance from the beach or the beach bars and restaurants. The location of the villa is populated with other privately owned villas of the very highest standards. This villa is also unique in that it has also undergone a complete refurbishment in May 2016 to bring it up to the standards of a brand new villa. The villa has stylish architecture and large, airy open spaces. The swimming pool has been completely refurbished with a new pool heating system fitted, which is available for a small extra cost. Virtually everything in the villa is brand new. Guests will find themselves not wanting to leave the villa. There are, however, the very best restaurants within a short distance and whilst being in a tranquil, relaxing location, the villa is within easy reach of all of the amenities. The villa is a surprisingly good size with large bedrooms and common areas. The area itself is a special area with fantastic golf courses and wonderful beaches.

What a fabulous villa, can't recommend it enough

We had 10 days here great location, it's clean modern and very well equipped. The outside area is amazing and the furniture is some of the nicest I've seen . The sun loungers were all set up with matching towels like a 5* hotel . The cleaners came in every couple of days to change bedding and towels . We had a fantastic time and there wasn't anything we didn't have even hairdryer's in each room , the advert states it has 2 bathrooms but is has 3 and a separate toilet downstairs. The master bedroom suite is amazing . Just didn't want to come home 😀😀

amazing large spacious house

we hired the house for a group of 6 ladies and had the most amazing time. The house is extremely spacious and is decorated to a high standard. Four double rooms with ample space and wardrobes with space for clothes for several months! The kitchen is well fitted with mod cons and is well equipped - plenty of gin glasses :) the pool and outside area is spotless and extremely well kept. The house itself is a taxi ride to the shops / bars would definitely recommend hiring a car. The beach is walkable in 20 min. Had the most amazing time and would love to go back.

Wonderful villa. Absolutely immaculately maintained. No detail overlooked by the owners. Decor is clean and modern and the villa is very spacious and has a beautiful pool area and a number of different areas to eat.

Very good location - very near to Quinta and also to Dos Passos beach. Also very near to Vale de Lobo. Huge choice of great eating places and in particular near to Parilla - wonderful outside dining - favourite place in the Algarve!

Very helpful agent manages the villa.

Outstanding week and would wholeheartedly recommend!
