New Villa with infinity Pool, Gym, stunning Sea Views, Wifi, sleeps 8

Villa Bellona is a modern, design, south facing house, recently constructed, finished in June 2016. This is an open and bright villa where you can really have a sense of peace and freedom, as its dynamic design, wide views and glass walls facing the sea allows you to feel connected to the whole environment around you. You will be impressed by its big panoramic windows and the open sea view you enjoy from throughout the villa. Nothing more relaxing than enjoying the view to the Moorish castle of Salobrena which is illuminated at night.

The villa is conveniently close to the still very Spanish beach resort of Salobrena with its restaurants and bars, shops and the beach of course, yet you will enjoy the privacy of the residential area Monte Almendros, where this villa is situated.

Villa Bellona has four bedrooms, all of them for double occupancy with built wardrobes, so it can accommodate up to eight guests. The design is perfect for enjoying outdoor living and the lay out is a little bit different from traditional ones, which makes you feel this is a special house from the moment you enter it. Not to mention the wonderful views you have from every corner.

At road level, and once you enter the gate, there is an outdoor parking space for three cars. When you enter the house you will be surrounded by light coming from everywhere. An entrance hall as a vantage point, allows you to view the living room below, the terrace, the fantastic view and surroundings. The living room has a high ceiling reaching two floors up, and a many meters long and wide south facing glass wall.

On that entrance floor there are two master bedrooms, both of them have king size beds (1,80 m x 2 m) and an en suite bathroom each with rain effect showers. The south wall in one of the master bedrooms is also made of glass, which gives you an overview of the living room below and at the same time it offers you a panoramic view towards the seaside even when relaxing in bed. The second master bedroom also has a south facing glass wall from where to enjoy the beautiful sea views, as the rest of the south walls in the entire house.

From this entrance level we take the stairs that lead us down to the living area. The functional living room has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, table with chairs for eight people and some accessories for your entertainment, such as SONOS Music System (access to unlimited music via Wireless Sonos Players), Apple TV (including unlimited movies from Netflix, access to iTunes and games), TV with internet access via MacMini (browsing internet, email, etc...) and XBOX (one gaming console with games). There is a complete bathroom with rain effect shower and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a central cooking island. You can access the terrace either from the living room or the kitchen. The terrace is divided in two ambiances, a close to the kitchen dining area with a comfortable and large table for eight with chairs, and the swimming pool area with deck chairs where relaxing while sunbathing, this area is closer to the living room. The infinity swimming pool (11 m x 3 m) has built steps and protection screens on the borders around. Not only will you be impressed by the breathtaking views, but you will definitely enjoy hours of relaxation in this terrace area.

The whole villa is designed so you have the impression of not having any borders around. The layout of its three floors makes you feel as sailing the horizon, and being in contact with the infinite views while enjoying outdoors or indoors activities.

We continue down to the third floor where we find a complete bathroom with rain effect shower and two bedrooms with two twin beds (0,90 m x 2 m) joined together in each room. No need to say that you have beautiful views from these bedrooms also. There is a room with washing and dryer machine, for the occasions when it is certainly needed. In order to keep fit during your holidays, you can use the gym located in this floor, which has weight-lifting equipment such as kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and bench, as well as Pilates balls, TRX bands, jumping ropes, boxing gloves and heavy bag. From this floor you access another terrace where a little garden surrounding the house is located and where you can cook a nice roasted meal in a barbecue. Outdoor stairs takes you to the upper terrace so you can flow easily between the different house levels, either by the inside or outside.

Being a recently constructed house, there are some decoration and finishing details to be completed. However, you will find all the comfort and quality expected from this modern designed property, including WIFI with routers in each floor so your internet connection is guaranteed everywhere in the house; and air conditioning with cold and heat pump in bedrooms, living areas and kitchen.

The community where this villa is located has a recreational area. Guests have complimentary use of the communal tennis court, pool, children´s pool, football pitch and playground.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than a 15 minute drive away. There is an easy access to Malaga, Granada or Almería airport. If you can manage yourself away from this marvelous villa, there are lots to see and to do: the ski area of the Sierra Nevada where you can also enjoy great walking and hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski during the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or at the pool in the afternoon. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby as well as the wonderful cities of Granada and Malaga.

Our personal touch & customer service: We take your holiday seriously. From the moment you send your enquiry to helping you prepare for your trip & throughout your stay, our goal is to be as helpful & informative as possible. We can do a pre-shop for late arrivals & arrange maid service if desired. We have prepared a detailed information book with everything from how to operate the appliances to recommendations on restaurants & activities.

Our prices include arrival and departure cleanings, bed linens and towels (including beach towels). We provide fresh bed linen and towels each week. The electricity of the villa is included in the price. The electricity of the heating of the swimming pool is charged separately and will be deducted from the security deposit. A security deposit (500 euros) must be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you want the pool to be warm and heated for your arrival, please let us know.

If you are travelling with young children, we can provide you with cots, high chairs and bed guards, at no extra cost. .

The villa is located in an established residential community that occupies a hillside that overlooks the town of Salobrena, the sea and the mountains. The views from here are just spectacular. The community is very peaceful and ideally situated as the beach, restaurants and shops are only 5 minutes away in car. Within walking distance from the villa is a community recreational area that has a large pool, a children´s pool, a tennis court, table tennis and a football pitch. Our guests have unlimited access to this area.

Salobrena is a great base to explore the various nearby quaint coastal towns , the historic city of Granada with the Alhambra Palace, which is a must see and the mountain villages of the Alpujarras. The Sierra Nevada Mountains are less than 75 minutes away. It is possible to ski from December through April. In the summer and autumn it is a great place to go for walks and to explore.

Other Activities: The ski slopes are less than 75 minutes away. It is possible to ski in the morning and relax on the beach or on the terrace in the afternoon.
