Very cozy and bright apartment at 1 minute walk from the beach of Las Canteras. The street is very quiet and with hardly any traffic, but close to all the amenities and main venues of the city of Las Palmas. It is close to everything, but without the bustle of being in the middle of the city. It has an equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Two rooms and living room with TV. In your visit you will have a minimum available for a breakfast or something to eat when you arrive, as well as useful information about nearby services and what to do in Gran Canaria.

Well equipped and convenient location

It is a clean, well equipped and conveniently located property. It would not, however, be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is on the third floor and there is no lift.

Great Apartment near the beach

Great apartment only a minute away from the beach. Juan the owner was very helpful and even contacted me after a couple of days to check everything was alright. The only downside is that the apartment is on the second floor of the block and there is no lift. That wasn't a problem for me but if you have mobility problems or small children it might be. Apart from this I would highly recommend Juan and the apartment

Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand liegt nur eine kleine Straße weit entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im 3. Stock, darauf sollten Personen mit Gehproblemen achten. Sie ist zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist da. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und kann jederzeit telefonisch erreicht werden.

Nice place but no so great value-for-monry

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The flat is however in need of some renovation. I think it was a bit overpriced, but I went during very high season.

Einfach und schön - simple and nice

Oliver did a great job as our contact person. He offers mich more service than only the appartment. All those available small things like toys for the kids, washing powder, toilet paper made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. And most of all: the appartment is very clean. All together, my wife, my two kids (3 and 1) and I had a great time there!
