LOVELY APPARTMENT WITH SEA VIEWS AND AVAILABLE FOR OUTSIDE MEALS

Great apartment with sea views. First class resort in the best location of Benalmadena Costa, 50 meters from the beach. Very quiet swimming pool.

Separate bedroom, and livingroom with balcony looking at the sea.

Supermarquets, Pharmacie, Great Park Parque La Paloma and Gym, next to the appartment. Golf 15 minutes away. Malaga 20 minutes far. Picasso Museum, Pompidou Centre and Thyssen Musseo.

Kitchen with dining area, electric hob, microwave oven, satellite TV, Wiffi free, and very quiet views overlooking the Maritime Promenade.

Sofa bed, toaster, fridge With freezer, washing machine.

Notes:
The appartment is located next to the Maritime Promenade, and the Beach and Restaurants area, but it has a very quiet location Because Pueblo Quinta is a private urbanization only reserved for residents. The best feature of the apartment is its proximity to the promenade and cosmopolitan area with all kinds of services and tranquility while being a gated community with access only for residents.

Great Location with a lovely sea view

The apartment was very clean, well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen equipment. It was a very quiet complex giving you a good nights sleep even though it was only one road back from the sea front.

Elvira the owner was extremely helpful keeping in touch to see if we needed anything she even went out and bought us a shopping trolley to take to the supermarket to save us carrying shopping.She also spoke good English.

Will stay there again if we return to Benalmadena again.

Kompakti asunto 2-3 henkilölle. Viihtyisä, kaikki tarvittava, wifi ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin.

Olimme asunnossa syyskuun alussa 10 päivää. Meistä huolehdittiin hyvin. Tosi lyhyt kävelymatka rannalla ja isompaan kauppaan. Juna-asemakin oli kävelymatkan päässä vaikkakin mennessä ylämäkeen. Puisto oli mahtava kanoineen, pupuineen ja kilpikonnineen. Asunto on kaikilta osin hyvässä paikassa, lyhyt matka kaikkialle ja junalla pääsi hyvin pidemmälle. Ainut miinus oli että se alakerran kauppa oli kallis.

Excellent property in a great location

Just returned to a damp and cold UK after a fabulous 10 days in hot and sunny Benalmadena. The property was beautiful and well equipped including shower gel, soap, washing-up-liquid etc. which in our experience are not normally provided.

We arrived late into Malaga, just after mid-night and Elvera and her son were there to meet us and transfer us to the apartment, which was so kind of them and Elvira maintained contact with us throughout our stay in case we had any problems or questions.

The apartment is practically front-line and from the balcony, which incidentally gets the sun until early afternoon, has a lovely view of the sea. The property is a minute from the beautiful sea front promenade and perfectly located in easy reach of the Train station, supermarkets, taxi rank etc.

We couldn't fault the apartment or Benalmadena and hopefully one day we will return. Thank you Elvera for making our stay so perfect. Patrick and Ceri

Lovely apartment in a perfect location with a very lovely and helpful owner

The apartment is compact but perfectly adequate for 3 people. It is bright, modern, neat and tidy and perfectly located just up from the windmill roundabout in central Benalmadena. The views are fabulous and the balcony offers sunshine from early morning until around mid afternoon (in April). The owner- Elvira, could not be more lovely and helpful and her husband also met us on arrival and provided us with all the information we needed about the apartment even though it was late evening when we arrived. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. Elvira was also kind enough to leave the basics for cleaning and cooking which we found most useful. There is a standard sized oven and fridge with a hob, toaster, kettle and hand blender. There were ample towels and bedding all of which were very clean. Everything you could need for a home from home! The pool for the complex was nice (if a little chilly in April but that didn't stop my kids from spending plenty of time in there!) the pool area was nice and clean and quiet so no jostling for sun loungers! In the local area you have the beach within 2 mins walk, as is Paloma Park. If you walk through Paloma Park you arrive at Selwo Marina which is great for the dolphins, sea lions and penguins amongst others. Selwo is approx a 10 min stroll through the park. The local beaches are lovely with a mix of sun beds (for hire at 5 euros per day) and plenty of vacant areas for setting up if you have your own chair/towel. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the front to choose from and you can walk along the sea front to the Marina which is about 15 mins away where there is also much to see and do. My personal favourite to stop for a snack or a drink was Palm 5 bar on the sea front where the views are fabulous, the food and drink reasonable and the staff very friendly and genuinely happy. A great place! All in all a fabulous holiday at a fabulous location in a perfect apartment with an owner that could not have been more helpful!

Excellent!

Apartment basic but practical & comfortable. Good WiFi, working quiet air-con in bedroom & lounge, well equipped kitchen & 3 minutes to beach & numerous restaurants. Spotlessly clean with very helpful, welcoming owner. Plenty of parking nearby although could have easily managed without car.

Strongly recommend & plan to return ourselves.

A great cozy apartment with a good location

We are so excited and happy that chose exactly this apartment to stay for a relatively long period. It's not a big one but very comfortable and has all equipment that we needed: air conditioning (including heating) in the both rooms, TV, Wi-Fi, bath, washing machine and etc. balcony with a view to the sea, fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, if we needed some stuff we asked Elvira and she provided these things to us immediately. It's located in a suitable place, there are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby, the beach, Paloma park, Marina port and Mercadona - the best grocery store in Spain (because of price and quality of products). We are so thankful to Elvira and her husband for their hospitality, generosity, presents and help.
