Family friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property on the outskirts of Wadebridge

Located on the outskirts of Wadebridge (rated one of the 50 most desirable places to live in the UK), this three bedroomed house is the perfect place for you to spend time exploring Cornwall. With two good sized doubles, one with en suite, and one good sized single (with option to enlarge the single bed into a double), it can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The property has one family bathroom and one en suite bathroom in the downstairs bedroom. There is a good sized kitchen with dining table and good sized living room with two sofas plus additional seating. Travel Cot available and high chair provided, along with kids cutlery, plates and cups. Small garden area and parking for one car in a designated parking space. This property is in a great location to reach the surfing beaches of Polzeath and Newquay and to explore that Camel Trail. There is a good sized supermarket and the Falcon pub both within walking distance of the property.

About Kelly Sutcliffe

Having grown up in Cornwall, I am fortunate enough to have experienced this special place for many years. I moved away for work and now live in Surrey with my husband and two children and work in London. I return to Cornwall as often as I can and am keen for my two young boys to enjoy the same things I did in this beautiful county (particularly the beaches, which are second to none - even in the rain!!!).

Why Kelly Sutcliffe chose Saint Breock

Marcells is a very special property to me as my mum and younger brother lived there for many years so it is more like a home to me and I have some very special memories there. I have tried to make this property as comfortable and easy for travellers with (and without) families as I can and have tried to think about all the useful things I can include at the property to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

What makes this house unique

Being on the outskirts of Wadebridge means that whilst you are close to the town (if you don't mind a steep hill on the way back, you can even walk down into the town centre) you also have easy access to the main roads to Newquay, Truro, Polzeath and other surrounding areas. The property has just been refurbished and is furnished to a high standard. I love staying there and do so as often as I can. There is a travel cot at the property, as well as a high chair and baby bouncer. I have also made sure that there are plastic plates, bowls and cups and cutlery for little hands. For those without children, there are plenty of wine glasses and a nice big fridge to keep the wine and beer cold in!

Kelly was very helpful with details of what was available at the house, very clean and tidy on arrival with basics like milk and tea on arrival. The house was in great location, near shops and the town centre. Would definite visit again.

Cozy property

This was a cozy property in a very accessible location with good links to the rest of Cornwall. It was very convenient that TESCO was a short walk up the road for those who wish to eat in. The bedrooms were comfortable and downstairs the kitchen and lounge were just right for a party of 6. The kitchen had all that was needed for cooking at home. However, the TV reception was not so good but a re-tune would probably sort out the gremlins. Overall a very good cottage with excellent road links.
