Parking on the street. Bathroom, WC and fridge shared on the 1st floor where the owners live. Breakfasts and meals to make or reheat yourself (coffee maker, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink, etc.) in the kitchen area adjoining the living room. Bed sheets and towels included.

Calme pour ce séjour chez l'habitant

Accueil sympathique. Petite attention pour le voyageur, quelques boissons et tout ce qu'il faut pour un petit déjeuner. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le calme surtout durant la nuit. Dommage que les sanitaires et la douche soient au 1er étage, les chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée. Globalement, un bon rapport qualité-prix, le confort nocturne étant pour moi, l'élément d'appréciation majeur.

Médiocres prestations

Le site fait miroiter une location privative de 3 pièces, en réalité, aucune intimité, les propriétaires sont constamment dans les locaux que vous louez. J'ai loué pour 4 nuits avec mon bébé pensant pouvoir être au calme et me reposer, en fait les propriétaires très bruyants habitent au dessus et vous êtes envahis en permanence, la propriétaire vient laver son linge dans votre évier et ils ont profité de mon séjour pour faire venir un menuisier afin de lui faire poser un meuble à chaussure dans "mes locaux", je me suis donc retrouvée nez à nez avec lui en allant prendre mon petit déjeuner. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité, passez votre chemin...

chambre indépendante chez l'habitant, sympathique mais un peu bruyant

la/les chambres sont situées au sous sol d'un pavillon. les hôtes sont très sympa, ont proposé les produits pour faire le petit déjeuner. par contre pas de possibilité de faire à manger (micro-onde de disponible) les chambres sont ok, mais le plancher du dessus est bruyant, dommage .... les sanitaires sont à l'étage a partager avec les propriétaires mais bon c'es pas cher !
