Fabulous location close to Torquay marina, beaches, coastal footpath, yacht club, boat trips across the bay to Brixham and to Dartmouth, fishing and wild life cruises, Living Coasts, steam railway, theatre, excellent cafe's, bars and restaurants, including the Michelin starred Elephant and the brilliant Number 7 Fish Bistro, an easy walk from the shops and right on the coastal footpath with pretty well everything else you might need on hand. There are a lot of pretty, interesting, small towns nearby including Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The journey to Kingsbridge from Dartmouth along the coast must be amongst the pretttiest trips in the world. There are several excellent National Trust properties nearby, amongst them Coleton Fishacre, with its out of this world gardens, Agatha Christie's home, Torre Abbey, several castles and magnificent Dartmoor close by. The apartment is within yards of the water with the marina on one side and Beacon Cove on the other and within an easy and enjoyable walk to Meadfoot Beach and Torre Abbey Sands. The apartment is peaceful, comfortable, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and all usual kitchen applicances and interestingly furnished. It has a large airy and comfortable living room, galley kitchen and two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite wetroom and the other with a rather spectacular bathroom. There is a separate area for the washing machine and good drying area especially useful for wet sailing kit. The apartment is on the ground floor and easy access, pet and child friendly. This is the perfect place for a holiday for all ages.
This partner has demonstrated and is committed to fast response times, the best rates, and a great guest experience.
Until my recent marriage the apartment was my own home. I now live elsewheer in the bay with my husband. Between us we have 7 childrena nd 4 grandchildren and I can tell you from experience that Torquay is a great place to enjoy lefe whatever your age and interests. I am a solicitor by profession but now approaching retirement and have no intention of moving away from Torqay, although I have lived in Africa and the Far East and have travelled widely in Europe and the wider world.

This flat is in the most fantastic position for a holiday. it is right where you would want to be in Torquay. Step out of the front door and you are practically on the Marina and within an easy stroll of local beaches and boat trips. Pretty much everything is within an easy walk. It is very accessible and close to all the main attractions. If you want a meal out there are marvellous local restaurants and you don't have to worry about that extra glass of wine.
Location, location, location. The flat is also within a pretty listed Georgian Terrace and has a most elagant spacious living room. Although so close to the acton, the flat has an air of tranquility inside.
Really beautiful apartment and perfect location. Well equipped. Strong recommendation.
This flat is perfectly located to access the the town and harbour . It was very comfortable clean and well equipped . We were attending a sailing event and it was in and excellent location to access the yacht club and dinghy park .
It was a fab flat in a truly central location
The person that let us in could hardly use the keys himself. The apartment was cold and there were no extra blankets or sheets...not even a throw for the couch! Finally found the washer when we getting ready to leave...outside in a dirty garage with no light. There also was no hair dryer. I called the owner and she never returned my call. 😒
The apartment was on the ground floor with other apartments on the 2nd & 3rd floors. It was in an excellent position for eating places.
A very nice stay in a comfortable and well appointed apartment situated just 50 yards from the Harbourside lots of local restaurants bars and bistros right on your doorstep asking was the only problem having to move the car several times the day genuinely a nice holiday in a lovely comfortable apartment
There are almost too many local attractions to mention. The marina and beaches are very close. There is a good local museum, 3 local theatres, cinema and fantastic restaurants nearby, as well as bars and a nightclub. There are a number of historical sites, castles and national trust houses and gardens. There are Napoleonic war sites at Brixham and World War II sites to visit in Torquay and Slapton. Devon has a fabulous coastline, and the flat is right on the coastal footpath as well as countryside and the Dartmoor is well worth a visit , as are the pretty towns and villages of the South Hams. There are boat trips to Brixham and to Dartmouth and trips bu bus, steam train and boat to Agatha Christies House and up river to unissable Totnes
