My place is near parks for walks, restaurants for dining and the city centre.

Spacious 1 bedroom duplex apartment, split over 2 levels with intercom system just steps away from Hillsborough corner and 10 mins from Peak District National Park. All shops and public transport within 1 minute walk! Finished to a modern standard with Fire doors. Boasts a large double bedroom and open plan kitchen/living room with modern appliances- Microwave, Oven/Hob, Washing machine, Fridge/freezer, Full double glazing, Gas central heating combi boiler, hot water is instant, Showers.

It has coded gates to access with an intercom system in the apartment, secure entrance door, stairs rising to the First Floor where the apartment is situated.

My place is close to parks, restaurants and dining, the city centre, transport links, Owlerton Stadium and Hillsborough. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

I would prefer to meet guests at the Sheffield Railway or Bus Station and to help them to the apartment with their luggage. The car ride is not included with your booking, I am happy to do this if I have time.

Depending on whether you have stayed at the apartment before, I shall be glad to welcome you before the normal check in time.

Stayed here for one night in Summer 2016. Great apartment in a good location.

This lovely aparment is around a 10 minute drive to the city centre. I would definitely recommend this home to those looking for a homely and modern stay in Sheffield. Bal was an amazing host and was very accommodating. The fridge and cupboards were stocked on arrival. Overall a great experience! Thanks again.

Friendly people to deal with who couldn't help enough. The apartment has everything needed for a great stay even a coffee machine. We will definetly use apartment again as for us it was ideal.
