Welcome to our Fantastic Park Place Condominium! Park Place is the ideal location if you want to enjoy easy access to the Slopes and Historic Downtown Main Street in Breckenridge! Park Place is so convenient that you can Walk to everything and Ski-in via the 4 O'clock Ski run.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, sleeps 8 people comfortably. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom with en suite bathroom which includes a large tub, Granite Countertops. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Captain bunk bed (Full on the bottom, Twin on Top). This bedroom has a private bathroom with Steam shower. There is a Washer and Dryer in the condominium. The Kitchen has been fully remodeled with Granite throughout. There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room with Gas Fireplace. There is a balcony with a Large Gas Grill.

Comfortable, convenient, and accommodating!

This was our second time staying in this condo unit. We love it! Close to everything, clean, and always a good time! Mindy is always wonderful to work with, and answers questions quickly. You can see the mountain from this unit and parking is never a problem. Love the gas fireplace for a cozy mountain feeling. It has all the amenities you would want!

Location and value for money...superb!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks in mid January 2016. The location is first class, only a short walk to Main Street and all the shops, a bus stop across the road to ride to the ski lifts and easy to ski back to condo on the 4 o'clock run. The kitchen is great for a keen cook with all the bells and whistles needed to provide for your family. Great to have the pantry stocked with small essentials needed for cooking. The gas fire in the lounge and the steam shower provided extra special comforts. All other fixtures and fittings in the condo were good standard for the price of the accommodation. Good sized tiled hallway to leave your ski things when entering the condo and a lovely balcony with barbecue to store skis at the end of the day. This condo was of a good size for a family of four but could easily accommodate more people. The manager was very prompt in replying to all messages and was very helpful with organising our stay as we were visiting from New Zealand. I would highly recommend a stay at this condo.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback! The property is a great value for sure and is priced much lower than similar properties in the area. Both televisions were replaced with flat screens last year, and the cable service was upgraded to Comcast/Xfinity. Thanks again!

This is a comfortable, modern condo in a convenient location a short walk from downtown Breckenridge. The condo surpassed our expectations. It was beautiful, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed for our three night stay. Our boys loved the pool and three hot tubs! We would highly recommend it!

Best location-Fantastic Accomodations-very clean!

Great condominium. Great location to the slopes and to Town. We could walk to everything. The condo was nicely appointed with granite countertops, great outdoor gas grill on the balcony and 2 hot tubs on site. Steam shower was great after a fun day skiing. Property manager was very responsive and helpful, which was a plus. Highly recommend this property!
