Chy Lowen, a stunning new, for 2017, 5 bedroom luxury house in St Ives that sleeps 10+2. Overlooking Porthmeor Beach with uninterrupted views of St Ives Bay and North Cornwall coast. Light floods into Chy Lowen from the floor to ceiling glass windows and bi-fold doors. Enjoy the sunrise over the bay or dramatic storms crossing the bay.

Special features include full HD projector with surround sound, and drop down electric screen in the lounge. Wireless Sonos music system through the main rooms controlled from free to download Desktop, Android or IOS app. Wood-burning stove, American-style ice-making fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, gas BBQ. Wifi - BT unlimited superfast broadband.

Open-planned living room/dining/kitchen with bi-fold doors that open onto the decked patio. Seating inside and out for 12. 55" flat screen t/v, projector, screen, Sonos system, DVD Bluray player. Electric Induction hob, 2 electric ovens, microwave oven, American fridge-freezer with ice-making facility, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine. Wood-burning stove.

Bedrooms x 5:-

Four on the 1st floor:- Superking sized master ensuite bedroom with bath, shower, basin and w/c. One double bedroom. Two bedrooms with superking size beds, (the two superkings are zip n link and can be made up as 2 x 2 3ft singles). Family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and w/c.

All four bedrooms have glass doors leading on to the balcony.

The ground floor bedroom with super kingsize zip n link bed (can be split to 2 3ft singles). Ensuite shower room with shower, basin and w/c. Sliding patio door leading to a paved seated area. Ideal for those who struggle with the stairs.

All bedrooms benefit from smart flat screen t/vs.

The fourth shower room on the ground floor with shower, basin w/c. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and extra dishwasher. Cot and highchair. Outside warm water shower to rinse sand from the beach. Solar panels that generate electricity and heat water. Parking for 3 cars. Chy Lowen is a non smoking property, although smoking permitted outside. Apologies but no pets. Please note the maximum number of adults is 10. However, 10 adults plus 2 children, by arrangement are permitted, with the use of 2 foam chair sofa beds. We do not accept single sex groups, but welcome families and couples. Linen, towels (not for beach use), and tea-towels provided, plus a welcome pack.

Please note the photos shown are for Boscarne, our sister property that was completed in December 2014. Chy Lowen will be completed in October 2016 ready for Xmas and New Year bookings. Boscarne (2nd year of letting) is still in our ownership, and is let through agency Cornish Secrets, but Chy Lowen will be let by us directly. Our other properties include Rocky Close and Ayr Bank apartments and come under the umbrella of "St Ives Coastal Holidays" via Chycor. Great care will be taken to ensure that while seated on the decking the vans in front will not be visible. Chy Lowen is almost identical to Boscarne and will be completed to the same high standards. Once complete new photos will replace the current Boscarne ones.

Great thought has gone into the design/layout/fitting and comfort of our guests. Boscarne has had a great first season 2015, and is now in its second. Great reviews and positive comments. Chy Lowen we believe will be the same.

The views are stunning rain or shine. Within walking distance of all St Ives has to offer, restaurants, beaches, galleries etc. A fabulous house to stay.

Chy Lowen located within a 10 minute walk of Porthmeor surfing beach, and town centre. Lane leading to Coastal footpath just meters from driveway entrance. Absolutely stunning scenery, and a must do cliff top walk.
