Nice flat T2 with double bed in closed room and double bed on mezzanine, seen on court, in peace and very well located at less than 50 m of the quays of the Rhone. Close to all amenities. Close to the tramway and 5 minutes from metro D and B also. Conveniently located for Lyon, docks and the Peninsula!

kitchen, high ceilings, large windows, exposed beams and typical fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. Sleeping for 4 adults and a baby maximum. Beautiful bathroom. Perfect for a city break!

great value more than price

great and very convinient location.

1 minute to supermarket, 4minutes to big supermarket.

1 minute to nearest tram stop.

kitcken is enough large to cook.

I stayed about 3 month but I didn't feel stress at all.

I recommend this apartment to those who wants to enjoy Lyon life.

Great Apartment in the Heart of Lyon

The apartment was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The apartment centers on a small courtyard. The entry is on a quiet street, and the apartment itself is isolated from the street, so that it is extremely quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything functioned well.

We loved the location, just steps from the Rhone River. There is a small market around the corner, and a wonderful bakery next to it one block away that opens early in the morning. The old center of Lyon is an easy walk away. The tramway is also only a block away, and that gives access to all of Lyon.

We would stay here again if visiting Lyon.

Great appartment, fully reburbished, better in reality than the pictures!

Great layout, comfortable, refurbished, felt new... close to transport (and easy to get to transport), easy to find parking in the street.

Owners very responsive.

We had a great stay in Lyon! We would rent this property again if we come back.

Spacious apartment with cool loft

Well equiped, clean and spacious apartment. Good quiet location. Great for families. Not sure if they were in the middle of renovating but there was tape holding quarter-rounds and wall tiles in place. A little odd. Would definitely recommend this to others.

A great spacious and central apartment in Lyon.

My wife and I spent a wonderful three months at Eric's flat. The apartment provided a perfect central location to live in and explore Lyon. It's a very, very short walk to Presqu'île, Vieux Lyon, Les Halles, Gare de Part Dieu (easy to catch a train to visit other locales or go to the huge mall across the street) and so many local daily/bi-weekly open-air markets that you could easily go weeks without needing to use public transportation. Additional bonuses: having a late hours/7 days a week Casino grocery store and one of the best boulangeries in Lyon around the corner; being 2 blocks from the River Rhône so you can easily walk/jog, feed the swans or have a beer or wine from one of the restaurant barges everyday; and key bus, tram and metro stops within a few block radius.

The apartment itself is very spacious, with wonderful tall ceilings and a real one bedroom (in addition to a second ubiquitous "loft bed"). The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils for cooking at home and has a very efficient amount of counter space. The apartment faces the interior of the building, so while it does not get a large amount of direct natural light it is super quiet and we always slept well (something we could not say of Vieux Lyon). The wifi is also excellent (important). Eric and Manuela were always accessible for any questions we had and they went beyond typical helpfulness in quickly assisting with some documentation that we needed for our extended stay in France. Merci beaucoup!

All in all, we highly recommend the flat.
