Casa Del Sol

Casa Del Sol is a wonderful three storey townhouse in a small community called Marbellamar which is situated on the best beach in Marbella in one of the most exclusive areas in the whole of Europe, Marbella's Golden Mile.

Just 100 meters from sandy Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Del Sol to Marbella Town to the east or go west towards Puerto Banús and beyond.

There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap and the world famous Marbella Club is 200 meters away.

Casa Del Sol sleeps up to ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. The property just been refurbished by the new owners and it has everything you need; modern bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more besides. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces.

Nothing is off limits in Casa Del Sol, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the roof terrace to the BBQ on the lower terrace with its dining facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine!!

On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with single bed that rolls out to a double, shower room and guest WC, well equipped modern kitchen, comfortable lounge with ample seating and a large TV, separate elegant dining area and outside there is a large sunny terrace with plenty of comfortable seating, sun shades, out door dining table and gas BBQ. On the first flooe there is a master bedroom with super king sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobes. There are two twin bedded double rooms and a ,family shower room. On the third floor is a smaller bedroom with a single bed that rolls out to a double, and a games room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV with 200+channels including sports, UK catch up and movie library. There is pool table and darts board. Outside is a lovely small terrace with excellent sea views.

By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost, we can provide maid's service and cater for you in the property.

We will check you into and out of the property and will be on hand if you need anything (we live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

About Stephen, Karen & Emily

We look after Casa Del Sol for a lovely family who are currently living in Sweden. They can't come to Marbella as often as they would like and so we have been asked to rent it for them to nice guests looking for something a little bit special.

We are a British family team and have had a home in Marbella since 1983 and we moved permanently to this magical town in 2004. We have a good knowledge of the coast and are happy to help our guests with anything they may need to make their holiday memorable.

Our Clients bought this property because of its great location which is in the middle of the Golden Mile and only a few meters from the beach and the fact that it has wonderful accommodation. It has good sized bedrooms, nice luxurious bathrooms, a good modern kitchen, and great outdoor space. Both the lower and roof terraces are very elegant, private sunny and perfect. The property has been updated and redecorated, it is fully equipped and the owners have spared no expense or cut any corners in making this a very special place to stay.

Great villa, Great location

Ideally located within an easy walk to restaurants and bars, both on the beach and up the road on the Golden Mile strip, also shops and supermarkets. The property itself was as described and pictured (if anything it is larger than it looks in the photos) very clean and tastefully decorated

Karen, Emily and Stephen were great hosts, from our early contacts right through our stay (nothing was too much trouble).

On check in Karen left us a lovely welcome basket of local wines ,cheeses etc.

All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return one day

Amazing Property - Even Better Than the Photos

We really liked this amazing house and can't wait to go back next year. Its beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and clean and has everything we needed, the lounge is elegant and cosy and the terrace is fabulous; very sunny, private and great for eating out with the BBQ thoughtfully provided. Upstairs are three large double bedrooms rooms, and on the top floor is a small bedroom and a really nice terrace with sea views and an amazing games room with a pool table and a second TV to keep the kids happy. There is fast internet and hundreds of TV channels including sports and TV catch up as well as a movie library. Marbellamar where the house is located is lovely, a quiet community with swimming pool and tennis courts but so near the sandy beach its a one minute walk to the beach! There is lots going on on the beach with bars, restaurants and activities and there are dozens of restaurants and bars as well as a big supermarket all within a five minute walk and walking along the Paseo to Marbella town and port was just fabulous. The hosts are really friendly and helpful; we were greeted by Emily who is an absolute treasure and she even put some complimentary groceries in the house for us so we had something when we arrived quite late at night. We had one of the best family holidays ever and can really recommend Casa del Sol - we can't wait to go back.

Fantastic house situated at the Golden Mile beach.

The location is amazing in front of the beach area. The house is wonderful, clean and with a very good standard. It has spacious rooms, very good beds, a beautiful terrace and with excellent air-condition. It was also great to have the 25 m swimming-pool very close by. There are many good restaurants and bars just in a 2 minutes walking distance. There is possibilities to play tennis and padél just around the corner as well as walking and running on the gorgeous boardwalk. I really would like to recommend this house at the Golden mile!

Other than that we have few rules as we wish you to have a relaxing and enjoyable time; we just ask you to treat the property as you would like others to treat your home. However we are oblidged to obtain a passport copy of all guests on or before check in and you must agree to do this and to compelte a registration form in order to comply with the licensing rules; furthermore unless agreed to the contrary we ask you to note that check in is not before 3pm and check out is no later than 12pm.
