The apartment enjoys full sun all day, overlooks the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is situated on a hill above the port in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants, amenities are only a very short drive (3-4 minutes) or 15 minutes walk away. The shared swimming pool is large and surrounded by a sun bathing area with loungers and chairs. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences. It has a total area of 110m2. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a big, furnished private terrace, overlooking the bay. Large terrace complete with table, chairs and sun loungers. The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter, autumn and spring having central heating. There's air-conditioning in all rooms.

Distances: Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma Airport, and have good connections with railway, tram and bus services.

Changeover day : Flexible. We understand flights are often more reasonably priced during the week, but it is depending on other bookings.

Arrival after 2.30pm, departure not later than 10.30am unless by prior arrangement.

Coast/Beach: The apartment is a 3 minute drive to a beach with paddle boats and sunbeds. There is an underwater diving school in the port and holiday makers can hire sail surfers and there are boat trips along a beautiful rocky coastline to other beach resorts and coves.

Relaxing comfortable apartment with amazing view!

The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is large and has stunning views. Port de Soller is a steep 15 minute walk downhill but easily do-able. In November we even braved the swimming pool which is well maintained though might have been more inviting in Summer! Thoroughly recommended and we will be back.

best place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. The welcome was warm and friendly, the apartment was very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The wonderful balcony overlooking the bay was equipped with good furniture and a barbecue and we enjoyed it at all times of the day.

If we visit majorca again we will most definitely be returning to Rosa's hospitality.

Bestens geeignet dür 2 Personen. Gute Ausstattung. Tolle Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf die Bergwelt und den Hafen (nicht auf's Meer). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Tramuntana!

Check in/out völlig problemlos!

Nachteil: Steiler Anstieg vom Ort hoch zur Wohnung, links oder rechts außen herum, Mietwagen sehr von Vorteil!

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnungen

Wir waren im Frühjahr für eine Woche in dem Apartment und es hat und gut gefallen. Von der Ferienwohnung hat man einen Klasse Blick über die Bucht von Port de Soller. Diesen guten Blick muss man leider mit einem steilen Anstieg bezahlen. Daher wäre ein Mietwagen von Vorteil. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und hat eine große Terasse.

Sóller is an attractive town on Mallorca's north-west Coast. The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', is a favourite destination for people from all over the world, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, ecotourism, swimming or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps. The main square in Soller is a regular meeting place for coffee, croissant and people watching. Daily market with local produce. Cycle hire available. Specialist shops for walkers. Several fiesta's, check local press. Banks, pharmacies & supermarkets available in both villages. Puerto Soller, with its perfect semi-circular bay, is one of the only harbours on the North coast of Mallorca. The old fishing port where you can still buy fish fresh from the boats in the morning is backed by seafood restaurants and bars. Restaurants and shops stay open all year.
