About the property

Accessed through a communal entrance door on Parliament Street, a lift takes you up to the entrance to the apartment. The front door opens to An entrance hall with utility cupboard with washing machine with dryer

Tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher detergent, kitchen roll to get you started.

Lounge with corner sofa which can convert to a double bed (charges apply) to comfortably accommodate 2 further guests (bedding and towels provided), flat screen TV, free high speed WiFi throughout. Dining table with 4 chairs. Fantastic views across town as the entire upper half of the room is windows.

As this is a town centre apartment in a premium location on Parliament Street, you may experience some noise, especially late at night. The apartment is fully double glazed with electric heating and hot water. It is situated a few doors from the famous Turkish Baths and Bettys. The HIC is a 5 minute walk away

We have a designated secure parking space behind the building which is chargeable at £10 per day. This is for a standard sized car only and height restrictions apply

Standard arrival time is after 3pm. Early 2pm arrival available subject to availability for £10. Departure is by 10am. Late 12 noon departure available subject to availability for £20. These options must be requested in advance.

There is a travel cot available

There is a public car park nearby at Montpelier Gardens Car Park (56 spaces), Montpellier Shoppers, The Ginnel, North Yorkshire, Harrogate, HG1 2TF. Parking is free for Blue Badge holders. Charges as follows:

Modern, fabulous location apartment with wonderful views over Harrogate.

Amazing apartment in a fabulous location. We stayed there 3 nights over a bank holiday weekend. Easy access to the building with a glass lift. All common areas leading to the apartment are well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful upon arrival and extremely happy with the facilities the apartment offers. Due to the busy weekend we experienced some noise late at night but nothing that disturbed you. Highly recommend a visit to this property and it is ideally located for visiting and touring Harrogate. A real gem. Sharon M husband and parents

Excellent City Centre Apartment with Great Views

Communicating with Linda whilst organising our stay was straight forward and she responded to our queries with lightening speed. Although this is a self check in apartment (great that you can arrive at your leisure without having to coordinate with the owner) we were met by Linda and she showed us around and was very informative about the local area, it's amenities as well as providing us with dinner suggestions. There was also a very detailed manual in the apartment which covered any questions we might have about the accommodation and also places to visit locally.

The apartment is very well situated, close to Betty's and the numerous shops, restaurants bars etc that Harrogate has to offer. The Montpellier quarter is a great place to wander around and the valley gardens were minutes away. The kitchen was well kitted out but there are so many eateries on the doorstep that we only had breakfast there. The coffee machine was a nice touch. The availability of a secure parking space was an added bonus although there are many nearby alternatives available and Linda provided detailed information about this

The apartment has been finished to an extremely high standard, and has that home from home feel. The views are amazing starting with the journey in the glass lift. Very contemporary, light and airy feel

We were only a party of 4, however the apartment would cater for 6. It was great that we had a bathroom between each couple

We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area in the not too distant future, although I feel that once word gets out about this little gem, finding availability will be a challenge. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished apartment and could find no faults.
