Hillview is a traditional cottage in the small, conservation village of Halsetown, just 5 minutes (by car/bus) from St Ives. The Town is renowned for its beautiful beaches, artistic heritage, and wide choice of eating venues. The cottage is at the top of the village, well away from the traffic, and has a child-friendly garden. It is conveniently located for day trips to the many West Cornwall attractions. Hillview offers roomy, relaxed accommodation with fine views of the Cornish countryside and impressive sunsets.

Upstairs the cottage has 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and a small third bedroom) plus the bathroom. Downstairs there is an open plan dining/lounge area, with a woodburning stove and original beams. The well equipped kitchen connects to the conservatory and then out into the garden where there's a barbeque and picnic table. There is parking space for two vehicles by the cottage.

Hillview is within safe walking distance of St Ives by public footpath (~30mins) through the fields and small lanes. In the Summer frequent bus services run to and from St Ives from the bus stop in the village. The Halsetown Inn, and the Stable Bar at the Polmanter Touring Park, provide local eating choices.
