A well-presented double-bed apartment close to the beach, shops and restaurants

“Shells” is a beautifully presented first-floor self-catering apartment for two guests and is located just off Sidmouth's seafront, less than a minute's walk away from the sea, shops and restaurants.

Tastefully decorated with modern furniture, the apartment offers a spacious, light and airy lounge with comfortable corner sofa, TV and DVD player, a selection of DVDs, books and games for your entertainment. There is also a small dining table and chairs, coffee table and a private balcony with additional seating for outdoor dining.

"Shells" offers a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine, built-in fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and small breakfast table with two chairs. We have hopefully thought of everything you would need from crockery, cutlery and glassware.

A very comfortable double bed awaits you with 100% cotton bed linen provided ready and made up for your arrival. The two double wardrobes provide ample storage along with a chest of drawers with mirror. There is also a wall mounted TV in the bedroom.

There is a modern shower room with electric shower, hand basin, WC, extractor fan and heated towel rail. Quality towels are provided for your comfort.

Night storage heaters and additional electric heaters are provided at no additional cost as well as an extra blanket.

Changeover day is a Friday but we are flexible during off-peak season.

For the comfort of other guests, we regretfully cannot accept smokers or pets.

We have provided a free car parking permit for guests' use at Manor Road Long Stay Car Park (approx 600 metres)

Wi-Fi available on request at time of booking so we can set this up for you in advance.

A lift is available that requires the manual closing of two doors to operate it.

We are a family of three who came on holiday to Sidmouth one year and decided to up-sticks from Cambridge about 5 years ago and move to the area. "You can't go wrong with Sidmouth" was how it was sold to me and they weren't wrong.

This is a fairly new listing but it has already attracted repeat bookings due to its ideal location. Less than a minute's walk to the seafront, shops and restaurants.

Shells is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The apartment offers comfortable living with separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom, giving you the space to move freely and enjoy your stay.

We have received great reviews in the Visitors Book and have racked up many glowing reviews from other sites rating an impressive 5 out of 5.

Very nicely appointed flat.

This apartment is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable and well supplied with extras such as tea and coffee. The only issue would have been that there is usually no parking on site but the owner managed to obtain a parking spot for us in the garage, and supplied a parking permit for the public car park. Just 50 metres from the sea front it is very handy for the restaurants etc.

Our week at Shells

Our holiday was very good. The apartment was easy to find from the instructions given, and its location couldn't have been better, just off the seafront. There were a lot of good eating places along the seafront and in the town. There was everything we needed in the apartment, the owner had even provided tea bags, milk, coffee and shortbread for our arrival. A great deal of thought has been put into the comfort of guests and the apartment was super clean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sidmouth.
