With 4 double bedrooms (Two on ground floor with bathroom)

Copper Beech is a comfortable good sized home located on the borders of Devon, Dorset and Somerset. Offering 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, or 4 double bedrooms. (Two double bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the ground floor)

It has an open plan lounge diner, with an additional reception/dining room seating 8 people. There are two bathrooms one with a shower, and one with a bath and over bath shower. The kitchen is a small/medium size kitchen with everything you need to cook for up to 8 guests. There is a washing machine,dishwasher, fridge, microwave and tumble dryer for your convenience.

One well behaved small or medium size dog is welcome.

An allocated off road parking for one car is provided with additional parking for one extra car only located on the quiet culdesac immediately outside the house.

This home is a perfect choice for those seeking a property located on a quiet relaxed culdesac, yet has access to local amenities and to a good choice of costal holiday towns.

Since the property backs onto a quiet park (of which there are views of from one of the bedrooms) is a short 5 minute walk away, there is access to a child's play area, basketball court, and football 5 aside hard court.

The medium sized garden comes equipped with seating and table for 8 people.

The location of this home is well suited to those who want to explore a variety of local beaches, since a short car ride away you will find the stunning Jurassic coats with its fishing villages and seaside towns. Hi we are Sharon and Richard. We bought this property over a year ago, and we would like to offer families an affordable break within a reasonable commuting distance to a number of coastlines and beaches

Copper Beech is a relatively large property that is suitable for two small families to share without feeling cramped. This comes at a reasonable affordable price. We have fully re-decorated the wing of the house and hope to complete the rest of the house by 2017, although it is still pleasant and comfortable as it is at present.

We are confident that this house is in a great location as there is so much to do within an easy commute to numerous Devon, Dorset and Somerset attractions.

We know you will have a great holiday here.

What makes this bungalow unique

This property is great value for money. It's a lovely home in a quiet street backing on to a quiet park. You can have a lovely peaceful holiday here, close enough to the beach to commute each day, whilst being an inexpensive to rent.

It is a spacious house with plenty of space in each bedroom. There is ample space to not feel on top of each other here as there is a second reception/dining room. Because there are 2 bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs, it is well suited to two families sharing, since you can shut off two bedrooms, a bathroom and the second dining reception room if needed. The garden is pretty and quiet. There is space to dine outside.

We are confident that you will feel at home here and have a comfortable relaxing break.

A well equipped house set up for families within an easy drive to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.

We had a lovely weeks stay exploring the local area. The house is set up within a very quiet area and very well equipped with both inside and outside toys. A lot of great memories created. Thank you.

Nearest beach Lyme Regis located 25 mins drive away. You can hire kayaks and take boat trips and fishing trips from the harbour.

Bransconmbe and Beer beaches a must. Beautiful coastline surrounded by rolling Devon hills. Delightful.
