About the property

Apartment on the promenade. Beautifully sea views, the beach is on your doorstep


Located on the edge of town near the lighthouse and seawalk park. Reformed, swimming pool, shared parking. Bus stops and mall are just a walk away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a balcony with views over the sea and one bathroom. The living room is linked to kitchen. The size of your bed is 145cm x 195cm. And there is a safe box in your room.

The flat is in the seafront promenade, zero minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to the bus stop. There you can take buses to Malaga, Granada, Almería, Córdoba, etc. We can arrange to pick you up from the airport.

There is a big supermarket near the building (10 minutes walking), and little shops are closer, as well as pharmacy, coffe shops, bakeries, excellent fruit shops and restaurants. A public big hospital is 5 minutes by car, and doctors are on walking distance. You can have excellent breakfasts and meals in the restaurant next to our house where you will enjoy the landscape and the relaxing atmosphere.

Beach towels, sun umbrella and beach chair, all included in the fee.



Torre del Mar Lighthouse area is very quiet sunny and relaxed suburb.

There are people living all over the year, it's a real town. Foreigners love staying there during autumn, winter and spring. Summer is very hot !!

You can meet Spanish people very well and from your own country as well.



There is main bus station connecting Torre del Mar with Málaga and Granada. It is easy to reach Cordoba, Seville and the main important towns by bus + train. Do not hesitate to ask us.

The taxi station is close and you can reach the airport via taxi or transfer bus.

Free transfer from Malaga or Seville airport.

There is a shared parking in the building.



No gas in the flat. For your safety all appliances are electric.

Sea View

The apartment is exactly to those shown in the photographs.

The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the apartment.

The location is ideal, out of your 'cosy home' and straight onto the promenade.

This apartment was very comfortable for the "two oldies"like us, everything within easy reach, lift for heavy items or stairs to keep you agile,didn't need car which remains safe behind a locked gate.

Would recommend this flat for couples whatever age.

Owners very helpful at start of rental, welcoming with a basket of fresh fruit and bottle of "Vino"

Provided us with info on best places to eat......once they left they left you to enjoy your holiday.

Great flat central for your stay in Torre Del Mar

We stayed for a month in this flat and it suited us well. It's lovely and bright during the day and you can watch the world go by from windows that open wide for sunbathing ! Good location near the blue and white lighthouse . Walk out the front door and you are on the Paseo! Flat suits two people ideally but our daughter stayed for a few nights so it accommodated us well. Everything on hand to home cook - basics taken care of .Plenty restuarants and bars around even in February choice is fantastic . Very Spanish working town that benefits from influx of people at weekends from inland . Asael and Manuela greeted us on arrival and showed us the workings of the flat a lovely touch was the fruit bowl , homemade tortilla and lovely wine to kick start our vacation . The couple are good to deal with and it is very much their home also lots of nice personal touches around the flat. Torre Del Mar is a great base to explode north of Malaga lovely walks and bike hire all available locally . The Paseo is so lovely and you can walk along to Caleta de Valdez no problem . The coastal area is so flat for biking in either direction .

I really liked how active they are, because they share with me the excitement about nature and the mountains. They took great care of the apartment and left it in excellent conditions. Lovely apartment on the beach, prefect for a relaxing holiday, no check in/out times

Was met on time at the apartment after a taxi was arranged to pick us up from the airport. Was a 30-40 min journey and cost is €40.

Apartment was very clean and homely with mod cons eg tv, wifi, air con , fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Loved that it was beachfront and walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. The supermarkets were very cheap and we were able to buy a lot for our money when doing our shop. The area was nice and quiet not too busy when out and about. Not really a tourist area.

Was our first self catering holiday and enjoyed the freedom from hotels dining times. Made full use of the kitchen as well as going out to explore. Was nice to have our own check in and out times.

We went to:

Legends bar: Great bar with cheap food and drinks.

Carman: Amazing paella and seafood.

Taj Mahal: Very enjoyable Indian at a good price.

Kebab house: Good price and tasty takeaway.

Aquavelous- was closed when we arrived :(

Swimming pool: opening times 11-15 then 17-20. Closed after the 15th September.

Beach: spent most of our time on the beach. Very nice.

Perfect for relaxing

We were met very promptly by Asael and Manuela at the apartment, which was very easily found. The apartment was very clean and they had kindly stocked up on fruit and water etc. All we wanted was a beach front apartment and that's exactly what we got. In less than a minute, we were on the sand.

Would highly recommend.

Das schöne Leben in Spanien

Das Apartement am "Paseo Marítimo de Poniente n° 60 in Torre del Mar im Edificio Cristobal Colón 2nd foor, door 4" ist nicht irgendeine Adresse zur Beherbergung fremder Gäste, sondern die Ferienwohnung von Asael und Manuela, die es sich nicht nehmen lassen, ihre Besucher und zeitweiligen Gäste persönlich zu empfangen und ihnen die attraktive Möglichkeit geben, in ihrer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung eine zeitlang spanische Ferien zu machen.

Torre del Mar ist jeden Besuch wert und hat trotz der Erfolge im Tourismus seine spanische Seele nicht verloren. Die unverwechselbare Landschaft zwischen Meer und Sierra bietet viele Möglichkeiten, sich am gepflegten Strand zu erholen ,die Gastlichkeit des Ortes zu geniessen und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

Die Kommentare früherer Gäste müssen hier nicht wiederholt werden und die Infos sind nach wie vor gültig, wie auch die Fotos realistisch, mit dem Zusatz, dass es sich um Weitwinkelfotos handelt und die Schlafzimmer nicht riesig sind und das Badezimmer kein Tanzflur. Aber es ist alles sehr klug eingerichtet und das Wohnzimmer mit der Küche und dem Flur wirkt grosszügig und vor allem hell und sonnig, ohne direkt der Sonne ausgesetzt zu sein. Diese blendfreie Helligkeit haben wir sehr geschätzt und den Blick aus der grossen Aussicht zum kleinen Park nebenan und zum Meer genossen. Die Farben der Möbel und die Bilder schaffen eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Zwar stand uns gelegentlich irgendeine dekorative Kleinigkeit im Weg, aber wir wussten uns zu helfen.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verführt zum Kochen. Mit dem Geschirr kann man eine Party ausstatten und die bequemen Sofas bieten mehreren Leuten Platz (auf Zeit). In dieser Wohnung einen längeren Urlaub zu Dritt zu verbringen, halten wir als betagte Menschen aber für anstrengend. Begeistert waren wir vom schnellen Wlan (>71 Mbit/sec), mit dem man mit "Zuhause" verbunden ist und dem spanischen TV ausweichen kann (abgesehen vom Wetterbericht). Die Klimaanlage ist einfach zu bedienen und macht leise ihre Arbeit (bei uns nur probeweise), der Wasserversorgung wird technisch erfolgreich nachgeholfen. Es funktioniert.

Das spanische Preisniveau war bei Lebensmitteln im Vergleich zum deutschen erfreulich gering.Vielleicht bedenken wir das bei der Planung des nächsten Besuchs bei unseren freundlichen Gastgebern. Das heisst: Wir kommen wieder und danken Manuela und Asael herzlich für ihr Engagement gegenüber uns Gästen.

sehr schöne Wohnung am Meer!

Wir wurden sehr nett von der Eigentümerin empfangen. Die Kommunikation erfolgte vorher über WA. Sehr schnelle Antworten, Tipps und auch gute Wegebeschreibung erhalten Die Wohnung ist seht gut eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es Getränke sowie Lebensmittel. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, ruhiges Haus für spanische Verhältnisse.

Gegenüber direkt der Strand mit einer tollen Promenade am Leuchtturm, Stadtrand. Zum Zentrum ca. 10. Minuten zu Fuß.

Markttag war am Donnerstag, sehr nett. Tolle Restaurants (Fisch)in der Umgebung. Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nerja, ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto, Granada 1h15. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung aber auch in Torre del Mar. Da es August war, waren sehr viele Spanier dort auf Urlaub, dadurch auch viele Veranstaltungen. Wir können nur die Wohnung empfehlen und auch Torre del Mar, liegt sehr zentral. Zum Airport Malaga ca. 40 Minuten, nach Malaga ca. 30 Minuten.Muchas gracias por todo ello.
