About the property

This new apartment for a maximum of 5 people, is well appointed for a restful break is a minute from a shared large private pool and a short walk to the miles of beach, uncrowded with two quality beach bar/restaurants. (Better photos to follow!)

There are two bedrooms , a large bright and light living room, a good sized terrace for dining and sunbathing, with sea views, and a well equipped kitchen plus utility room. The shared but uncrowded pool is 1 minute away. Private car parking underground with lift access to the flat.

Cosy at night with a comfortable armchair, easy tasteful decor and a relaxing sofa. Full and good wifi, supposedly multiple tv stations but the connection is currently unstable in the whole area!

A wonderful selection of restaurants within a short drive, suiting all cases and pockets.

The complex is private and secure with security access onto the development. There are a range of golf curses surrounding the developments, and a mix of residents and holidaymakers. The nationalities are mixed with many Norwegians, some germans, Canadians, and Spanish with some British and a few French. Gibralterians come to the beach for the day.

Within a couple of hours you can reach the Alhambra, Granada, or Seville, or Cadiz on the West coast, the national Park at Donna with pink flamingos, or busy Marbella an hours drive north. Closer to home with about 30 minutes are the hills with old Spanish towns like Jimena with Moorish castles and pretty little restaurants on the hillsides.

On the development is a mini mart and a handful of cafes, about 5 minutes drive.

For the more adventurous, the cycling is terrific and the relatively quiet road system has a few professional looking cyclists most of the year. There is a lot of golf if you like that, and the area attracts walkers. From the apartment you can easily walk down to the sea, or down to the lighthouse were there is also a nudist beach separate from the main beach area. Tariff is 45 minutes drive famous for windsurfing, or take the ferry across to Morocco or the Spanish part of North Africa (Cueda) for a day or overnight trip.
