Integrated in the historic center, the building of the 50 completely renovated with modern facilities.

Here, it saves time and money as all facilities are within walking distance. Groceries and supermarkets only 50 meters.

The main square is in front of us where unique museums and monumental buildings of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.

To our right we see the contemporary buildings of Portuguese famous architects, internationally recognized (Sisa Vieira, Souto de Moura), situated along the legendary "Lethes Fluvius". The fishing port with fish auction is right to move on towards the mouth.

The castle of the city is nearby.

Via the Portuguese coast of the Camino de Santiago passes very close to us towards the "Old John of Old Lodge", built in the thirteenth century, then converted into a hospital for pilgrims, and there is even around the corner.

Typical restaurants with traditional regional cuisine are all nearby. Here we are on the border between Ribeira with pubs snacks and fine wines from the region, and the cosmopolitan and commercial city.

The "Ferryboat" to the beach Cabedelo - International Spot surfing and kite surfing is 50 meters away.

The railway station and bus is 5 minutes away at the top of the avenue.

The output access to A28 (30 min. To the airport of Porto) and A27 and A3 to Spain (30 min.) Is less than 5 minutes.
