This beautiful 2 bed penthouse apartment is in the heart of Benalmadeña .Situated in" las Palmeras " area this apartment is set in a private gated community but has everything at your finger tips to make your holiday a special one.

Benalmadena beach is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and there is a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully fitted kitchen . The apartment has wifi and air conditioning and has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your dates( this is non- returnable)with the remainder being paid 8 weeks before arrival. A £200/€ damage deposit is required on arrival this is returned on day of departure when the relevant checks have been made.There is a €25 surcharge for late/early checkout ( before 7am and after 10pm) Cots and high chairs can be hired for an additional cost ,as can beach/swimming pool towels as the towels included in the property are for inside use only.

Great apartment! Location is really good. The terrace is huge! Much bigger than in the photos.

Well equipped apartment in a great location close to the beach and main restaurants. Very well kept place and the building is very nice. Highly recommend and we would stay again. We stayed with our 5 year old daughter. The apartment was well stocked. Excellent place!

Modern, spacious, a real gem 'home from home'.

We had a great time despite not such good weather in March. The excellent welcome and introduction by Neil to the lovely spacious top floor apartment was a good start. Very clean and airy feel. Separate well equipped kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms and wardrobes. Sliding doors from the large lounge led onto two huge private terraces with table, chairs and loungers. Easy to get to restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, mini-markets, sea front promenade, beach, taxis, buses all within 4/5 minutes walk. Pools not open in March. Plenty of amenities in or near Benalmadena Costa. We enjoyed a visit to the local park and Selwo Marina and to the Butterfly house in Benalmadena Pueblo.

Nothing Short of Perfect!

We found this to be an amazing apartment and had the perfect stay. The apartment is in a superb location, a few minutes walk to beach, supermarket and close to all amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and Paloma Park.

The apartment itself is spacious and very clean with a large amazing split level terrace which gets the sun all day but has shade if required. It has everything you could ever possibly need and plenty of spare towels are provided. Complex is quiet and private and while the pool was closed during our stay, it looked great and would be perfect during the summer months

Neil was a great host and made us very welcome during our stay. He was always at end of phone if needed [not that he's was!] and communication from time of booking to arrival was always prompt and helpful.

Would highly recommend a stay at the fabulous apartment. Photos are very representative - in fact apartment is even better in real life.

We enjoyed our stay and the welcome we received so much we have already booked for next year.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a excellent position. Neil was a brilliant host. Nothing was to much trouble .

The apartment was clean and very spacious with 2 excellent terraces ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

Penthouse Appartment in Benalmadena Costa

The apartment was exactly as it was described in the Owners Direct Page.

Situated In Bebalmadena Costa, five minutes walk to the sea front at the Bil Bil area. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants in walking distance and the marina is only a twenty five minute sroll away. The large supermarket is five minutes walk in the oppersite direction passing a bank with a card machine on the way.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

There is a safe in the apartment

Really good air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms.

A well furnished kitchen that had everything we needed.

A good sized living room with a dining table and chairs, television and wifi.

One main bathroom with bath, sink, shower & toilet

One shower room with toilet and sink.

The outside area is amazing. It consisted of a large patio with a step down to another large area. This is accessed from the kitchen and has table & chairs, sun beds, washing line and good views.

There is a good sized communal swimming pool complete with lifeguard that can be accessed by using a swipe card which comes with the apartment.

Everywhere in the apartment and outside was clean and well maintained. The couple that managed the apartment were very helpful and answered all our questions before handing over the keys.

We found getting around very easy using the bus system. We went to Malaga, Torimolinos (then walked back along the promenade), Mjas, the Puablo and the cable cars at Arroyo to see the eagle show at the top of the mountain.

The four of us had such a good time during our ten night stay and were all very impressed and pleased with the apartment and its location that we would have no hesitation in highly recommending this property to family and friends
