This apartment is deceptively large with a full sized balcony which accommodates a table chairs together with two sun loungers, cushions & towels. The accommodation consists of a Lounge area with a Corner unit settee, Internet TV, DVD & CD players, together with a dining table & chairs. A large Double Bedroom with Double Bed, Patio Doors leading to the Balcony and plenty of storage for your holiday possessions. A digital safe is also located within the bedroom. A reasonably sized, fully fitted kitchen including: Washing machine, fridge/ Freezer, oven, hob, microwave & kettle. Separate bathroom (en-suite to bedroom) including vanity sink, bath with decent shower over and toilet. This apartment is tastefully decorated to give a real sense of 'home from home'. Each of the rooms have air-conditioning, Ceiling Fans & solar reflective fly screens to all doors & windows to aid your holiday relaxation. Air-conditioning is included as standard without any additional charge.

About Steve Johnston

My name is Steve and together with my partner David, we have rented apartments in Regina Gardens since 2006. We have always wanted our very own 'place in the sun' so we chose Cyprus due to the continual sunshine throughout the year and the overall charm of the Country. It also helps that English is widely spoken across the island which lends to familiarity. We chose Paphos as it is the main tourist hub with something always going on. We have holidayed here since 2005 and when I was able to retire from the Police, we decided to move here permanently in 2011. We live 10 mins from Regina Gardens and maintain our own & other properties, ensuring a very high standard of cleanliness with attention to detail. We welcome all of our guests personally and provide support throughout the holiday.

Why Steve Johnston chose Moutallos

Regina Gardens is a lovely complex with a mix of residential properties, holiday homes and rental accommodation. The location is great as it stands off the main road between Kato Paphos & Coral Bay. The coastline here is superb with Blue Flag beaches in Coral & Corallia Bays. A 10 minute walk to the Tomb of the Kings will take you to bars, clubs, restaurants, banks and cafes with a large supermarket close by. There is a cafe/bar just 2 mins from the apartments, serving all-day food and provides Satellite Sports channels to view at leisure. There is an excellent bus service here in Paphos so getting around is no problem and the prices are very reasonable. A lovely coastal walk close by Regina Gardens to the harbour is beautiful, passing many beaches and cafe/bars along the route.

We have tried our level best to give you top quality accommodation whilst not being too pricy. All our properties benefit from inclusive air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a reasonable 'paperback' book library for lazing the hours by the pool. Our price includes everything, so there are no additional extras for air-conditioning, save the optional transfers from the airport and a freshly prepared hot meal waiting for you on arrival. For those of you that cannot be parted from your favourite Soap or news program, we have now installed 'Clearstream' Internet UK TV for your entertainment. Regina Gardens resort is located centrally on the main Coastal road between Coral Bay and Paphos Town. With an excellent Bus route adjoining both principal locations, Apollo Guests have the convenience of travelling to both locations and anything in between. The buses are new, clean, fully air conditioned and above all reliable with a service every 15 mins during the summer season. Tomb of the Kings ‘Tourist Hub’ is but a short walk away with its variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There are many ATM’s located close by for ease of cash withdrawals and Cyprus Banks accept all types of Credit & Debit Cards so there is no need to be traveling with large amounts of ‘holiday’ cash. There are many beaches located close by however the main ‘Blue Flag’ beaches are located at Coral & Corallia Bays which is but a 15 min bus ride away. For guests looking to the full Self-Catering experience, Regina is favoured by having a LIDL Supermarket less than 600m from the complex selling all manner of goods and groceries to make your stay completely enjoyable!

Refundable Damage Deposit £200

This is a 'High Standard' Property and closely maintained by the owners. Steve & David offer a 'supported' holiday but without being intrusive. Guests are asked to complete a Booking Form for 'Health & Safety' and to book the additional services offered: Meet & Greet, Welcome Meal, Late Check Out, Subscription TV and use of Private Car. Owners are on hand to answer any questions, offer advice & recommendations together with local knowledge of Paphos & Cyprus.

Guests are requested to provide 'Feedback' as to their stay so that Steve & David are always in a position to improve the property or to include recommendations offered. This has proved immensely successful over the full time of renting the property with ideas being implemented with grateful thanks!

There is an Information Book available within the property which is updated regularly. Together with information on local facilities, places to see & visit (the Ruslan Travel Trips being extremely popular) and recommendations on local restaurants, this is a great help to enjoy your family holiday.

Steve & David offer a Meet & Greet at both Paphos & Larnaca International Airports. This is an optional service in addition to the price paid for the Self-Catering package. Prices are: Larnaca (2 hour drive from the apartment) - 220€ return and Paphos - 50€ return.

Steve also offers 'local conveyancing' to the local supermarkets and tourist areas. Prices are variable and may be viewed in the Information Book.

David is a trained Chef and will cook a Welcome Meal for your arrival at the apartment. Menu Choices maybe seen on the Booking Form and priced from 30 - 60€ defendant on menu choice & size of family. Meals may also be cooked during the period of the holiday stay. This may be arranged on arrival.

A Welcome Pack is supplied together with a complimentary bottle of local wine. Welcome Pack includes: Bottled Water, Orange Juice, Sliced loaf, Butter, Jam, Milk, Coffee, Tea, Sugar/ Sweeteners and bag of Crisps.
