On the ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 1 double bedroom and spacious bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine. On the first floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, + another bed in the adjacent hallway, bathroom with shower.

Sommerferien / vacances d'été

Sehr angenehmer Empfang. Alles hat tip top geklappt. Team war sehr hilfsbereit und hat eine Kleinreparatur am nächsten Tag veranlasst. So etwas erlebt man nicht überall. Sehr ruhige Lage, Gehdistanz vom Meer / Team très sympathique. Tout à très bien fonctionner et le team est très avenant et à organiser une petite réparation en un jour. On ne rencontre pas cela partout. Situation très calme et la mer se trouve à distance de marche.

Belle location près de la mer

Location bien adaptée pour 2 couples, proche commerces et mer et bien située pour visiter les environs. Calme en mai mais sûrement bruyante l'été car les maisons sont collées les unes aux autres.

Das Haus war in einer schönen Wohngegend. Ca. 10 min Fußweg bis zum Meer. Leider war es aufgrund Nachsaison sehr ruhig bzw. viele Läden und Restaurants geschlossen. Es ist kein WLAN im Haus verfügbar und es gibt nur Italienisches Fernsehrprogramm. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zum Entspannen genau richtig

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Die Vermieter des Objekts waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus war super: Klimaanlage vorhanden, modern, tolle Terrasse, Grill... (fehlende Küchenausstattung haben wir einfach nachgekauft / WLAN im Haus fehlte uns kaum). Die Lage war perfekt: Nah zum Strand (5 Min zu Fuß) und zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Strände waren sehr schön und Lido delle Nazioni bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann für einen Urlaubsort: Tolle Restaurants, Bäcker, Cafés, Fleischer, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, kleine Lädchen zum Bummeln etc. Der Markt am Sonntag ist außerdem toll und die Städte Ravenna, Comacchio, Ferrara etc. sind gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, auch wegen eines schönen Hauses und netter Vermieter.
