Casa Amman is a truly stunning, luxurious 4 bedroom villa with sea views, private pool, parking and AC – can also be let as 2 bedrooms out of peak season.

Very central location situated on a golf course within 5 mins easy walk to supermarkets, local beach, bars and some of the best restaurants in the area.

Casa Amman is new on the holiday let market and has been set out to the highest standard. The villa is luxurious with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms set over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs therefore offering more privacy if required. It is air-conditioned and is set in its own grounds with immaculately maintained garden and pool area.

The villa is large, spacious and very modern with open design and wonderful sea views. On the living level there is an entrance hall with mirrored wardrobe space and a guest wc-shower room. There are doors leading into the open plan lounge with a 50” TV and comfortable & modern sofa and it is open into the naya area with luxury seating / sofa area which boasts a huge window with panoramic sea views. From the lounge it is open plan into the luxurious modern dining area which offers seating for 8 people and with 2 large wine fridges. Then into the open plan and ultra modern kitchen area which boasts a dishwasher, microwave, oven and lots of storage space. The kitchen is well fitted with everything you need. There is then a hallway to a bedroom with twin beds with patio doors leading to a balcony. There is also the master bedroom which is spacious with lots of wardrobe space and a tv. There is a fantastic ensuite bathroom which offers a bath and huge walk in shower. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the pool area and leading back into the naya.

Going down the internal stairs there is a bathroom offering a bath, shower and wc. From the hallway there is a spacious twin bedroom with lots of wardrobe space. From there, there is another double bedroom which boasts a stunning feature wall and also has a desk / chair and with lots of wardrobe space. There is also a huge games room featuring a pool table, darts board & mat as well as a sofa and relaxing chair. Leading from there is a large utility room which is fully equipped for your stay with washing machine, iron / ironing board and plenty of space to store your suitcases.

Leading from the games room there are large patio doors leading out onto the covered, beautiful alfresco dining area with also a seating area to relax in which overlooks the pool area -a perfect place to sit if the children are in the pool. Around the large pool and terrace area you can sunbathe and relax until early evening as the villa is south facing and offers all day sun. There is an outside shower. There is also an outside bar – kitchen area fully equipped with a state of the art bbq, fridge / freezer, bar stools etc.

Across from the pool there is an amazingly beautiful cabaña with plenty of seating, table, wine fridge, set on the lawn which is perfect for evening drinks after dinner or to laze in during the afternoon sun.

At the back of the lawn the villa also boasts a play park for children, with swings, seesaw, little play house & slide which is in a more shaded area of the gardens. There is also an outdoor football table for the youngsters. The villa offers a large library of adult and children´s books, games, wii games, dvds and pool towels.

We are a couple from the UK who relocated to the Costa Blanca almost 17 years ago with our 3 year old daughter. We are now a family of 5 (with 2 more daughters) and have lived in the property for 8 years (after taking a year to renovate). We are now renting the property for holiday lets whilst our children are studying and therefore living closer to their school. We have had an amazing time living at the villa and we know that any renters would have an amazing holiday there as we have tried to keep the home from home feel to the villa to offer the maximum comfort to our guests. We hope every guest enjoys the villa as much as we have.

This property is truly remarkable because it is modern, luxurious and very spacious. the setting is on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms on each level, therefore offering privacy between parent and teenagers or 2 families. There is a games room to pass away the afternoons and evenings with a darts board and a wii with a selection of games. There is the outdoor pool for day time fun or sunbathing and relaxing during the afternoons as the villa is south facing with all day sun.

There is a fabulous and well equipped outside bar - kitchen and bbq area. Across on the lawn there is also a cabaña which can be used for evening drinks or to relax in during the day out of the sun. At the back of the garden there is a play park with swings, seesaw, slide and a little house...for the little ones. This villa truly has everything and more for your holiday comfort and entertainment.

The house is incredible...nice, huge and clean. The owners are also really nice

First, the property is clean and very huge. It has everything you need to spend your holidays in. If you wanna have a party there is a bar really well accomodate...if you prefer a chiller plan you can relax yourself in couches of the yard...the pool is big and also safe for children...the house inside is so well decorated and spacious

Epitome of luxury

From viewing this property on the Homeowners website to arriving at the villa, everything was relatively easy and straight forward. The description of the villa was exactly what we were looking for and we weren't disappointed when we arrived. Jayne the owner met us and showed us how everything worked. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Little touches like wine, fruit, bread, eggs, crisps, sweets, orange juice were awaiting our arrival so we didn't have to venture out that day if we didn't want to. There is a local supermarket half a mile away which is very well stocked. The town of Moraira is 2-3 miles with a variety of lovely bars and restaurants, especailly Premium Plus! The pool was luxurious as was the games room and the surrounding gardens. This truly is the epitome of a luxury villa and would recommend this to anyone looking for a large villa with all mod cons. We cannot wait to return again soon.
