This 3 bedroom is new to the rental market and is furnished to a high specification, it has 3 bathrooms and is ideally situated to enjoy all of the local amenities, including Zenia Boulevard only a 5 minute drive away and 5 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive. Outside there is a large ground floor terrace with two patio tables eight chairs and gas BBQ. There is also a lovely communal pool with a separate sunbathing area. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc and opens up into the living room which is fitted with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi also with English and Scandinavian TV, you will find a comfy sofa and indoor dining area, there is also a toilet on this level. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes leading out to a terrace which wraps around the property. Also on this level there is a family bathroom with a double sink and Jacuzzi bath, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. On the second level there is another bedroom with 2 single beds fitted with air conditioning, TV and has an en-suite bathroom and again leads onto a terrace overlooking the communal pool. Outside you will find a large patio area where you can either bask or hide from the sun depending on the time of day which again overlooks the communal pool. You will find bars and restaurants a short walk away or many commercial centers within a 5 minute drive. The property is situated in a gated community and has security grills throughout.

Blue flag beaches can be found along the coast with beach bars promenades, you will find a water park in Torrevieja open during peak season and live entertainment on may of the beaches throughout the area.

€70 is payable on arrival for clean & laundry, this is for up to 4 people and an extra €5 thereafter.

Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.

A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm - 10.00pm, €25 if later.

Departures before 8.00am will be charged €15.

Very nice house,right by a very nice swimming pool.

We stayed for 4 weeks, the house and complex were very nice, it is just a bit out of the way from some of the main bars, cafes, etc, so you do need a car, but that apart we enjoyed it,

very safe and secure for children as well, would recommend.

Lovely welcome from Sharon. The house was lovely and situated right next to the pool, plenty of space for myself and my husband. We know the area well as our friends live here, lots to see and do and some lovely walks. Would definitely recommend. We had problems with the TV which Sharon tried to sort but unfortunately it was out of her control, this didn't matter as we were out all day in the sunshine so not a problem. Ideal holiday home for families

I have been renting holiday homes in this area for the last 8years and this property was by far the best.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted with a smile. We were shown around the property which was very clean and tidy then given the keys and allowed to enjoy our new surroundings.

In the morning we found the house was more than adequate for our needs with more than enough outside space and seating areas to accommodate ourselves and visiting family. The photos do not do justice to the amount of outside space. The pool was clean and we had many occasions where we had it to ourselves. The urbanisation was clean, quiet and secure.

Sharon and Kevin were on hand to asssist us should we need them and nothing was too much trouble for them. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and would love to stay at this property again. Thankyou.

Mysigt och lugnt område, perfekt för barnfamiljen!

Trevligt boende som medger lite avskildhet inom familjen. Fantastiskt ordnat med sanitetsutrymmen på varje plan. Pool i direkt anslutning till uteplats, som inte stör pga lokala regler hur alla kan njuta av den. Kort och gott ett mycket bra boende som vi gärna återvänder till!
