Portion of private house 5 minutes walk from the city center, nicely furnished, spacious with bedroom, a bathroom with shower tray and living room with kitchen with all appliances, garden with very intimate pergola for cool evenings. For the third person a sofa bed in the living room. Supermarket and bar at 50 meters parking space.
Priority is given to the living space, large to make the guest feel at ease.

Perfect. 100%.

Perfect location. Beautiful appartment, very well equipped. Nice place to sit outdoors. Amazing friendly host. Really a perfect appartment!

Perfect!

Great location - Assisi is lovely and the house is in easy walking distance of everything. Comfortable, clean and cool - just what you want on holiday. Lovely little private terrace for sitting outside and a very friendly and helpful owner make this an ideal holiday rental. We loved our time here.

Great location, helpful owners and bonus of parking and outside terrace

Daniele and Monica were really helpful during our stay, recommending places to eat and visit and available if any problems arose. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and everything you need was there that you needed. We would definitely come again!
