About this property

In this wonderful apartment, recently renovated, with high ceilings and original tile floor with about 100 years old. It is fully equipped for a maximum of 6 people.
Within walking distance of all the interesting historical and architectural monuments of Valencia.

Accommodation. - It has the capacity to accommodate 6 people comfortably. In this wonderful apartment, recently completely renovated.
It has two bedrooms with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a sofa., HD TV with about 80 channels, a large dining table for 7 people and a beautiful American-style kitchen with a comfortable bar.
A complete bathroom and kitchen equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, nespresso machine, juicer and all the kitchen utensils that are necessary for a comfortable stay and feel at home. Shower towels, beach towels and sheet set are provided. It is located on a second floor without elevator.

Attention to guests.- I will welcome you and personally show you everything as well as answer any questions you may have about the apartment, the neighborhood, the city or something you require.

The neighborhood. - It is strategically located so that you can move very easily.
All services are within walking distance and very well connected with many bus, metro or bicycle lines.

In the surroundings there are all kinds of restaurants, tapas bars and traditional bread ovens.

It has a convenient location, in front of a Consum supermarket, a pharmacy, the Turia river, a beautiful place to walk, run, bike and many other activities.

There is easy communication with Las Playas, and the old town with the Cathedral, museums, market; 3 minutes walk from the Carmen neighborhood, 2 minutes from the Bridge and the Torres de Serrano emblem of the City of Valencia

Valencia ist wundervoll

Es war eine wirklich tolle Woche in Valencia. Wir mochten auch die Wohnung sehr mit den alten Steinfliesen. Überhaupt ist es natürlich Altbau und dementsprechend nicht modern schick. Die Wohnung hat einfach Charme. Den kleinen Raum mit den zwei Sitzgelegenheiten würde ich allerdings renovieren. Auch die zwei Sessel und das Sofa sind schon sehr dreckig und abgenutzt. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ottima posizione

La casa è molto spaziosa, esattamente come descritta nell’annuncio. Si trova in un palazzo storico per cui non ci si deve aspettare un contesto nuovo e moderno. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro, con fermata dell’autobus a due passi e supermercato sotto casa (basta attraversare la strada). La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata ottima tramite whatsapp. Siamo stati molto bene
