3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely terras with sea vieuws

Lovely cottage with sunny conservatory and roof terrace, fantastic sea views, air conditioning, communal swimming pools, tennis court and parking. On the ground floor are the living room with large fan, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with air conditioning and fan. The master bedroom has a 2 bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 x 1-bed. There is a 3rd bedroom on the floor below with a 2-persons bed, air conditioning and private bathroom. On the roof terrace is a table with six chairs to enjoy the sea view while enjoying a snack and a drink in the Spanish outdoors. Of course there is also a washing machine in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available and on request there is a cot and / or high chair are placed in the home.

Casita Jupiter is a pleasant park in the peaceful district Coveta Fuma features gardens, terrace, swimming pools and tennis court and is visibility 450 meters from a small bay (rocky beach), playground and tram stop.

La Coveta Fuma is a lovely little place which really has everything we could wish for. It is beautiful, peaceful, full of small bays with beautiful sandy beach or rocks. Great weather all year round. A cozy square with bars and restaurants where everyone met. A small supermarket and post office and accessible by public transport just a short distance from the charming village of Campello. Find out more, it is also less than 30 minutes from Alicante and Benidorm. What does a man want more?

Fabulous cottage with outstanding views in a peaceful,tranquil setting.

My husband and I stayed here at the end of October 2017 for a week and it it was exactly as described. A beautiful setting,quiet,peaceful,stunning views especially from the sunroof at any time of the day or night ,allowing us to enjoy breakfast ,lunch and evening drinks outside.

The walk down to the shop,beaches and bars/ restaurants was a fairly steep walk, but that was not a real problem because the views were worth the challenge and it only took about 15/20 mins at a gentle stroll to reach these places,which catered for a variety of tastes and most were excellent value with fabulous food at the ones we tried.

The Tram ,which is also near the grocery shop, ran frequently between Alicante and Benidorm,allowing us to visit larger Supermarkets/Shops and beaches at El Campello,only 5 mins away, and was excellent value.

Wim was very efficient from booking our stay,arranging transport from the airport for us,even taking us to the grocery store upon arrival ,as we never hired a car, to stock up on essentials and was contactable at all times.

We will definitely be returning to this beautiful part of Spain again in the near future and wish our stay had been longer.

Beautiful place but far from main enjoyment

The communication before booking the apartment and whilst we were there was amazing. Questions were always answered quickly and allowed me to feel more comfortable. The rooms were lovely and the 'manual' which we were given when we arrived was very helpful as it gave us an insight into what activities we could get involved in and what tours we could do too! The swimming pool was the main reason we chose this accommodation and it did not let us down. It was a great size and kept very clean at all times. Our host was quite interactive and very helpful to us when organising transport and ensuring we were okay throughout our stay. The only negative thing I have to say is the location was not suitable for my group as we would have liked to be more close to the entertainment/bars/shops but there was nothing within walking distance. We did not mind travelling far but cab drivers were unfamiliar with our accommodation location which became quite annoying as getting home from a night out etc was always much longer than it should have been.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your words and we are glad you liked it. The apartment is much more suitable for families and couples looking for a quiet vacation. For your a group of your age, Benidorm is much better. Of course the caps in the neighbourhood and El Campello can find the place easy but for the caps from Benidorm, sometimes, it is a little more difficult to find. There are also a lot of bars and restaurants in Coveta Fuma and El Campello, of course, but not like the ones your group was looking for. Maybe in a few years, when you are looking for more quiet holidays, we can meet again.

Perfect!

We had a great stay during June. The house has everything you need with two bathrooms, one being off the basement room which is ideal for the kids. Nice view from the roof terrace when the sun comes up and a short walk to the quiet pool. Can't ask for more!

A Garden of Eden

The panoramic vista witnessed from every window and large rooftop area was breathtaking. The living area, though minimal, was well-designed and comfortable and surprisingly cool when the outside temperature rose. Although not apparent from photographs and Google Maps, the area around and within the complex was surprisingly hilly. While the advertisement stated that a car was not necessary, this proved not to be the case. There was no bus service and without the efficient, cheap and rapid TRAM, anyone without a car would be isolated. Although the area had no accessible bars, restaurants or shops, the tram allowed easy access to El Campello for all the services one could wish for. The walk back to the cottage from the tram station of Cala Piteres was a steep route march, particularly when burdened with shopping. The solution - on shopping trips (because nothing was within walking distance) - was to take a taxi for the return trip.

However, despite the hilly conditions, the TRAM allowed easy access to a hundred miles of coastal towns, as far north as Denia and with Alicante to the south. During our two month stay we were able to visit many picturesque towns and villages. For shorter stays I would recommend a car which would allow holiday-makers to visit some of the quaint inland villages.

Lovely sea view and roof terrace

Great customer service - we didn't need a lot, but Wim was very quick to respond when we needed help. The property was as we expected, and the sun terrace on the roof was private and quiet. Walking distance from the train to Alicante, and the beach at El Campello, with restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

On arrival we ask a deposit of 200 euro cash which will be returned cash on departure. Smoking is only alowed on the patio and roof terrace. Pets are alowed with a small surcharge of 40 euro. It is possible to have a childs cot including linnen (euro 20) or high chair (euro 10) placed in the home at your arrival. Ask for our special prices for stays of 3 weeks or more then 2 months in de winterperiod. Arrival or departures during the night (from 23:00 untill 07:00 uur) will have a surcharge of 45 euro.
