Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath garden apartment with stunning sea views with private underground parking situated in las Mimomas de golf, a short stroll away from the marina of Cabopino & two of the best beaches on the coast, where you will find all kinds of water sports.

You will find some of the best restaurants on the coast are located in Cabopino. There is an adult & kids pool with beautiful sea views situated in beautifully manicured & gated gardens. Adjacent to the apartment is a shop, a pizza restaurant & a sports bar. Don't forget to visit marbella old town or some mixing with the celebs in Puerto banus or enjoy the golf coast with Cabopino golf course & driving range 200 yards away, so be sure to make use of the complementary golf clubs in the apartment.

There are lovely walks along the boardwalk of Cabopino into las Dunas de Artola, which is a protected nature reserve. You can walk along the beach for miles & discover many chiringuitos offering freshly caught delicious seafood dishes.

The coastal bus stops very close to the apartment, (3 min walk to stop). You can travel towards Mijas on the port side, (calahonda, riverera, la Cala, feungirola, balamadena, torremolinos) or towards Marbella city centre (on golf side) with the old town just a few stops away.

If you don't have a car then the bus is great for exploring all the coast has to offer, water parks, zoos, sea world, shopping, markets, historic towns, other beaches & much more.

Also very close to the apartment is an adventure forest activity, that is very popular with adults & children. It provides hours of fun.

Great appartment

Fantastic view from terrace. It was spacious well appointed and the perfect position for the beach cabopino shops etc. Steven was wey helpful answered all our questions immediately . We will definitely go back

Excelent 6.5 week stay.

Lovely spacious comfortable apartment. Sun on terrace until late afternoon. 10-15 min walk to Beach/Marina. Nice communal pool plus kiddies paddling pool. Nice walks along the boardwalk on the sea front. Found a lovely seafood restaurant on the sea front just by chance called Sinbad's excellent seafood meals..

Steve the owner was very helpful and easily contactable.

On the down side was the road noise.

Overall had a great holiday and would stay again and recommend this apartment to couples and families.

Wonderful location, quiet & upscale apt.

Located between Malaga & Marbella making it ideal for visiting the area. High end condo that justs needs a few little touches to make it perfect. Air system is noisy, sounds like worn bearings and cannot run at night to sleep. Kitchen is lacking some basic utensils if u want to cook and bedding is not up to par with the overall beauty of the whole condominium. But I am sure the owner will upgrade as needed as per suggestions; such as leaving a note on how appliances etc. function. Satisfied with my month's stay in January, would recommend for the price. Thanks Stephen.

Stephen ' s vacation home is well located and s a spacious 2.bdrm

Stephen provided us with a hearty breakfast fixings which was appreciated as we arrived very late. It location is a reasonable walk to a nice sand beach. You will need a car to get

around and check out the area. It's biggest fault for us was the highway traffic noise

which limited patio use. Stephen was responsive very quickly to any questions and was a good host.

Lovely place to stay

The property is superb, well furnished and spotless The swimming pool area is also really well kept, the walking distance to the beach, probably 10min is also something to have in mind.

The Landlord was always responsive to all our queries. I would recommend it 100%
