arranged old house on the island of Mazarrón. Situated opposite the island and yacht club, in a very quiet area. With exceptional views in front of the sea. Very bright and fresh.

It has 4 bedrooms, two with double bed and two with two beds.

A large kitchen with table and four chairs, gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine and small appliances (juicer, toaster, blender).

Wonderful typically spanish house with unbeatable views

The house is an old fisherman's house situated with a terrace looking straight over the sea. It has 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles, a twin and a bunk bed room, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 other toilet. It is a wonderful place and is very typical in its style.

It is about 10-15 minutes walk away from Puerto de Mazarron centre, and has a beach on the doorstep and another 5 minutes away. There are lots of restaurants close by.

The owners are lovely people who made us feel very welcome and had left toys for the children. They had asked us before we arrived what the children liked doing and had put toys into suit.

There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party and we absolutely loved it. If you want a true Spanish experience, with amazing views, and a very relaxing location this is highly recommended.

Mazarrón is very well located and offers the possibility of visiting different places of great value.

Murcia is the capital, 1 hour by car, where you can visit its baroque cathedral, water park and zoo.

Cartagena (located half an hour by car) where you can see its Roman archaeological remains, the construction of the old Cartagonova the remains of the baths, its boilers, the commercial area and an entire old city. Just in front you can see a Roman road intact and glazed very beautiful to see.

La Bastida impressive archaeological site with remains of the Bronze Age, which offers guided tours upon reservation and is 30 minutes by car

Geoda de Pulpi (the second largest in the world) just 45 minutes by car. What you really visit is the castle of San Juan de los Terreros, from the 18th century, which by itself deserves a visit. Great views of the coast, from Águilas to Mojácar. There is a small but interesting center of interpretation of the history and nature of the area. The visit to the geode is actually a visit with virtual reality glasses, but it is worth it, especially if you go with children. Easy access by car. Next to the castle there is a very nice chiringuito-terrace.

Castillitos, located in La Azohia, just 20 minutes away, a very unique place where there is a coast battery with unique vickers cannons in Spain. Place to walk and discover landscapes with 180 degree views of the sea.

Granada only 2 and a half hours away, where you can visit the Albaicin and the Alhambra one of the fifteen wonders of the world.

Possibility of making a reservation if you are interested in any of these visits.

Any time of the year there is something nearby to visit and enjoy.
