Stone villa renovated in 2005 with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 living room, 1 dining room, a large garden of 600 m, TV (movistar +), Wi-Fi, a ping pong table, swings and a pool 4.5 x 1.20 (diameter x height). It’s a very cool house in summer.

Accommodation

The Villa has 230 m2 distributed in 5 spacious bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 terrace. It is a construction of half of the nineteenth century (renovated in 2005) dedicated to housing and farming collection of raisin, flourishing business in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Because of this, its orientation and its location adjoining the hill; It is a very cool house ideal for summer.

The building has 3 floors, which are distributed:

- 5 spacious bedrooms, three with double beds and two with a single bed, with possible extension to two single beds. If it’s necessary could enable a sixth room.

- 1 living room with TV 40' (movistar +), Wi-Fi and fireplace.

- 1 large dining room in which stands the stone from the hill, which adjoins the house.

- The main kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, iron and toaster.

- 1 Room with gas cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, big freezer, clotheshorse, dining room and toilet.

- 3 bathrooms with bathtub / shower.

Besides the building, the villa has a terrace with outdoor furniture, an awning and a large garden with fruit trees, swings, a pool and a ping-pong table.

During the stay, if any problems arise, you will have my mobile phone number (Jose). Also, I live very close to the villa, so I can go anytime in case of emergency.

Located in Orba, a village in the Marina Alta region (north of the province of Alicante). Its wide range of residential tourism characterizes the village; it offers peace of mind and is surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery.

In addition, it is located near the coast (at 20 min drive from the beaches of Denia and Vergel or just over 30 min from Javea, Calpe and Benidorm).

Getting around

Orba is located less than 100 km from Valencia airport and Alicante airport. There is also a bus line, in Denia and Benidorm, which communicates with the main Spanish and European cities. In the village there is a taxi service and bus service to the nearest towns, although the most common is the displacement with own or rental car.

Other highlights

Orba village has all the basic services: health centre, pharmacy, supermarket, hypermarket, restaurants, and cafes... It also has the shopping centre "Portal de la Marina", 9 km far from the village. Because of its location, there is a great tourist offer nature activities, among which are the hiking trails (the barranc de l'Infern). There is a good communication with the surrounding coastal towns such as Denia, Javea, Calpe and Benidorm respectively.
