A charming villa with 2 bedrooms (1 double with a kingsize bed & a twin) and a bathroom with bath & shower (in bath) upstairs. Downstairs is a spacious living & dining area and open plan kitchen & separate WC. The pretty lawned garden has a terrace area with table, chairs and gas BBQ, overlooking the peaceful marina and the property's dedicated jetty and mooring. This villa is particularly well equipped. There is Wi-Fi, a music system and separate Bose speaker, TV, DVD and library of DVDs and Books, Air-conditioning (in both bedrooms), washing machine, microwave and a kitchen with all the equipment one might need including a Tassimo coffee maker. For visitors, there are also sun loungers for use in the garden. Also available is a baby's cot, and there are various buckets and spades that visitors are welcome to use. The prices quoted are complete so no hidden costs related to linen or cleaning.

Perfect holiday home

We (myself, my husband and 2 young children) had such a wonderful week at the property, everything we could need or hope for was available. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air-con in the bedrooms, great location, just 10 minute walk into Aigues Mortes and 10 minute drive to the beach. Lovely little garden overlooking the water. Both Robert the owner and Nathalie who was there to greet us were both friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this property. We don’t usually return to the same place twice but we would definitely return here!

A delightful, clean and comfortable house in a lovely area of France.

The house is so welcoming and has everything in it that one would wish for to have a most enjoyable holiday. The view over the water and the location is absolutely perfect. The bed in the main bedroom is extremely comfortable, as were the sofas downstairs. Everywhere was spotless. It is a very short walk along the river into Aigues Mortes from the house and many lovely restaurants and shops. Absolutely perfect.

Great House, Great Location

This is a very well appointed and fitted out property. There is literally everything you need to walk in and and start your vacation. It was beautifully clean and we enjoyed having an evening drink overlooking the marina. The photos undersell the charm of the house and it's cosy feel. A short stroll into Aigue Mortes to the shops and restaurants and we chose to drive to the beach (15 mins) and spend a number of our days at the beach club there where you can rent loungers and take lunch overlooking the sea. We will be back

Delightful setting and a high quality home

The property is well located on the marina in an upmarket environment. The villa is excellently appointed and well fitted out. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner. We unhesitatingly recommend this property for an excellent holiday - we will return!!

Très reposant

Maison très agréable, propre, lumineuse et environnement calme. Vue reposante. Grandes pièces. Proche des commerces. On peut aller aux remparts à pieds en seulement 10min.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons!
