Lovely visit

Lovely apartment. Jayne was very friendly and helpful both before and during the stay. Make sure you get up to the sun terrace to watch a sunset.

Everything you need!

The apartment had everything we could need and more, spotlessly clean, high quality sheets and towels and in a great location, cafes and supermarket on the doorstep and 10/15 mins walk to the main harbour for whale watching. Our host was great before and during our booking, I would highly recommend this apartment!

Best experience

It was a great experience to stay at this apartment. It was very nice. It was very well equipped and had everything. The parking was a huge plus. Jayne was very nice with us. The arrival date was not possible due to strong winds and all ferries got cancelled. She proposed to start our journey the next day. We enjoyed it very much. Being in downtown Victoria to walk in the city Centre, as well as having a parking for the car for day trips was great. Definitely we would come back and stay here again. Thank you Jayne!

Superb accommodation

Jayne's customer service is second to none. She was incredibly understanding of our (very) unexpectedly late arrival and still showed us into the apartment after midnight. She worked hard to reunite us with our luggage despite this not being her issue at all. We travelled to Victoria from the UK for a funeral and Jayne showed us nothing but compassion and understanding. The apartment itself is perfect for adults wanting to enjoy some time downtown. As is evident from the photos, this is not an ideal apartment for families with small children. The Juliet building is incredibly central for accessing the downtown and harbour areas. The apartment is incredibly clean and tidy and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The snack drawer came in very useful for jet lag induced midnight munchies. The plentiful spare toiletries in the bathroom came in especially useful for my poor uncle who was three days without his luggage. I cannot recommend Jayne and this apartment highly enough.

The Juliette - great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the Juliette. Condo had plenty of space, was spotless with all the necessities. Our host was very friendly and attentive. The condo is well located close to Chinatown, downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants. The only recommendation is that the sheets and towels be washed and dried with unscented products. There was a small fragrant odour on all the sheets and towels especially the pillow covers. A part from this, we highly recommend this condo.
