Our spacious and quiet apartment has a master bedroom with a luxury walk in shower room en suite and a similar shower room to service a second twin bedded room. The comfortable living area provides UK and IrishTV with a "catch up" facility. Behind a sliding door, there is a separate terrace with sliding windows which can be opened to create an open area to relax and enjoy the morning sun with a view across the swimming pool to the marina. There are 3 swimming pools, one on the rooftop two floors above the apartment and accessible by lift which offers spectacular views of the whole coast, Gibraltar and North Africa. There is another on the first floor overlooking the boats. Walk to Puerto Banus along the marble paseo maritimo outside our door or catch one of the three Sky Blue Ferries which run every half hour - a very special trip! The Luxury Spa Wellbeing Centre with gym, yoga, pilates etc. is moments away. Fishing, sailing, paragliding and boat trips are available in the port as is an excellent Thai Massage centre. Many supermarkets moments away. Golf is readily available a short car journey away. This area is very popular with the Spanish, with many inexpensive restaurants and bars on the beach and in the Marina, perfect for sitting in the sun with a cool drink whilst watching the world go by! Marbella 2000 has excellent security with 24hr friendly helpful porters and we offer your own secure parking space in garage with direct lift access to the apartment.

About Peta and Henry Fletcher

Henry and Peta Fletcher live in Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire. They have been coming to Marbella for many years and own two properties on the Paseo Maritimo.....and they stay in whichever is free!

Since retirement, they are kept busy managing the rental of their two Spanish apartments ( 90513 and 6732366) and their Florida home (17580) near Naples on the Gulf Coast.

Lovely apartment in super location

Stayed in this apartment for one week with my partner and 80 Year old mother . Location is superb and in easy walking distance of a number of lovely bars and restaurants. Although it was hot and my mum is 80 walking to the old town still only took 10 mins or so . Apartment has everything you need and is exceptionally well fitted with all you need for a comfortable stay . The air conditioning was fast efficient and very quiet and the 1euro at at time cost seemed to last for ages . We especially liked the roof top pool area and was pleased to see it offered some shade as well as sunbathing . Finally I would say Henry the owner was applesauce to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful . If you are thinking about booking this apartment I would say do so , you won't regret it

Superb Apartment

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for 3 weeks during February 2017 also our daughter and grandson joined us for a week this is truly a lovely well furnished, spacious apartment, it was scrupulously clean and comfortable and right on the front handy for the beach, restaurants and bars. The two bathrooms were a bonus, as was the TV (all the English channels) and an efficient wifi. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for self catering, full cooker and fridge/freezer as well as a microwave. Thanks to Peta and Henry who were a pleasure to deal with and sent us tons of advice on the area, we all had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
