Upper level comfortable. Basement rooms gloomy and damp. We used public transport throughout our stay. Cost is very reasonable but bus timetables not easy to understand. Ideally a car location.

Spacious villa in quiet area

As a family of eight including two young children, there were many features of the house which we loved: the main one being the outside decking where we ate nearly very meal. The kitchen and living areas were very well equipped. However,the basement rooms were rather gloomy and the understair toilet was cramped. We enjoyed the Arcachon area, especially the boat trips in the bay, the beaches, Cazaux lake and the Dune du Pyla.

Des vacances au calme

Maison confortable située dans un environnement très calme. Les vélos sont nécessaires (et des bons mollets aussi sans assistance électrique) pour aller à la plage ou faire ses courses au marché de la Teste à proximité. Le jardin ombragé et les terrasses sont agréables. Location idéale pour des vacances en famille.

Un grand week-end formidable et reposant !!!

Une maison familiale nous attendait pour ce grand week-end de Pentecôte , un accueil chaleureux , une maison au milieu des arbres , dans la tranquillité, proche des plages , une maison où tout est organisé pour facilité le quotidien et permettre à chacun de se reposer , nous gardons le souvenir des petits déjeuners et des diners sur la tres belle terrasse , un grand plaisir à renouveler !!!

Séjour agréable, mais...

La maison est agréable, très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la literie de bonne qualité. La situation près du golf impose d'accéder au centre ville en vélo ou en voiture. Petit bémol néanmoins. Une chaise s'est cassée en s'y asseyant simplement car restée dehors sous la pluie par les propriétaires eux mêmes. Les propriétaires nous ont demandé un remboursement de 39 €. Bizarre pour un objet défectueux avec lequel nous aurions pu nous blesser...
