This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom and two bathrooms holiday home that forms part of a private exclusive condominium.

The house is part of a private upmarket neighbourhood with access to the pool and tennis court.

The house enjoys lovely river/sea views, walks and the ocean.

The house has been very well thought out and provides a good standard for you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing self catering holiday.

The house is on two levels:

A living room, a well equipped kitchen and garden patio.

Three bedrooms:-

2 doubles and a twin bedroom.

There are two bathrooms – one of them is en-suite

Everything from the bathrooms to the kitchen utensils is presented in good taste and good quality.

So you are looking at the perfect place to relax in the gardens or by the pool or on your decks looking at the mountain and sea views then this is the place for you.

The environment is very clean and very safe, perfect for your holiday.

The house is halfway between Seixas and Caminha, each is within about a mile, less than 5 minutes to both by car or is very walk-able.

Both towns are attractive, but especially Caminha which is one of the most attractive historic towns of the Costa Verde, very popular for its history, its active nightlife and its spectacular views of river, sea and mountains – it is considered the jewel of the Alto Minho region.

The location is on the Rio Minho, which marks the border with Spain, and is just a short drive or ferry crossing to Galicia to explore the Spanish coast.

There are several fantastic restaurants and all the amenities you need for your holiday.

Seixas and Caminha are both served by rail from Porto and Vigo (Spain) and are close to motorways, therefore there is quick and easy access to many historic towns (such as Porto, Braga, Guimarães and Valencia).

Do not forget the amazing countryside as well just a few kilometres inland of Portugal and the country’s National Park, is less than an hour away.

With Porto, Santiago de Compostela and Vigo airports within easy reach, this is also a great place for a short break out season.
