A attractive family home in 3 acres of land with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 1 en-suite. The rental is whole of top floor with 3 balconies and the outside space which has a newly built pool and landscaped surroundings, consisting of patio areas that are in the sun, the shade and sheltered for your personal use. . We are located at the Southern part of the island, ideally centrally located near Old Harbour giving you access to T1 Toll road which opens up the island from Kingston, Blue Mountains (East) to May Pen to Negril (West) and Ocho Rios (North). Family community and many attractions such as the beach and mineral waters. Shopping nearby with restaurants, bars and banking. 10 minutes to fisherman beach for that fresh fish, whilst a cooked fish meal can be had at Hellshire 40 minutes. 20 minutes on the toll road to kingston or May Pen to passing mineral waters. Stay at home and spot the wild life.

About Naila Siddiqui Walker

My husband, Denvor and I purchased 3 acres of land in 2005 and started building our home in 2009. It was finished in 2015. We decided to pursue second careers from being a warehouse operative and working 70 hours a week and being a hostel manager for the homeless. We have family who live in the house and look after it; we hope to have a successful business to make all our lives much richer.

Centrally located in the southern part of the island. Near Old Harbour where you have easy access to may tourist attractions such as the fisherman beach were you can purchase fresh fish and food and go for a nice walk by the water front. YS fall is en-route ti Mandeville and the famous Dunns River is accessed by the Ocho Rios Toll Road from Spanish Town. Do your shopping in May Penn. Old Harbour, Spanish Town or even Kingston that have many good restaurants. Portmore has Port Royale beach and further along Half Moon bay at Hellshire; both offering great food but the latter gives more choices. Here, is also the seven sister's Cave where the film 'Country Man' was made.

Nearer to the house you can visit Colbeck Castle or venture to the hills to walk in the rivers and valleys and meet the hill people. My family will more than welcome you there.
