In the heart of the Prati district, renowned for the presence of numerous shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops, the apartment is located in an elegant building of the early '900.
Recently renovated by a famous interior designer from Rome consists of two large bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The property includes a large living room with armchairs and sofas, one of which converts into a bed and a breakfast nook kitchen where we wanted to combine the operational part functional with a dining area that recalls the family tradition. Each room is equipped with a large TV (Samsung 43) and the air conditioning on.
The proximity of attractions makes it especially attractive this apartment. The Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, St. Peter's Square is a 10-minute walk through the ancient village. The subway and the buses are just a 5 minute walk.
The owners will welcome you, showing you all the resources that will ensure your stay will be at your disposal for every desire.

Lovely apartment in Prati district and walking distance to Vatican and St Agnello

Marzia arranged great transport from the airport and return journey and welcomed us to the apartment. Lovely apartment with two fabulous en-suite bathrooms. Marzia explained the local area and recommended restaurants in the vicinity which were great to go to after a long day walking the sites.

Fantastic stay in Rome!

From start to finish, the way we were looked after by Marzia was first class! Excellent communication throughout, warm welcome when we arrived and she made herself available if we needed anything during our stay. The apartment was perfect, great location, extremely clean and well presented. It has been beautifully decorated with a high end fit out. Marzia recommended places to eat as well as places to visit. I can thoroughly recommend staying in the apartment and we will definitely be returning! Thank you again Marzia for a great time in Rome!!

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was even better than in the pictures if that is possible! Marzia was very friendly and gave us top tips on getting around, the best ice cream in Rome and the great restaurant below the apartments. Really easy to get around Rome from the location, the Metro stop is less than 5 mins walk away. Will recommend these apartments to all our friends and family.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Amazing apartment in a great location and also close to the metro. The apartment has everything you could possibly want. Marzia is lovely, extremely helpful and stays close by if you need anything. We will definitely return to Rome and most definitely return to this wonderful apartment.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome. On arrival we were met by the owner, Marzia who was charming and very helpful. The location is perfect for those who enjoy walking to attractions and within easy reach of the Metro system. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable situated on the 4th floor with both stairs and lift access. Two fantastic bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms with shower and Jaccuzi bath. Fantastic soundproofing and aircon. Small well equipped kitchen/diner and lovely lounge area. Wall mounted large screen tv's throughout. There were 4 adults in our party, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would love to return in the future. Grazie mille Marzia e Federico.
